  I have had many bad experiences with auto dismantlers - these guys were seriously "on top" of my request & subsequent order. They knew exactly what I was asking for, sent me a picture of it while I was on the phone, shipped it the same day. Very professionally run outfit.

  Bought second ABS module for delivery for my BMW 535d 2011. After an initial difficulty of matching part numbers even though the ABS was from a different BMW model i was happy with the technical assistance provided by the staff at Benz. The part was qualiy and worked well. My only comment is that the staff should have mention to me the option for them to post on ebay, as they dont deliver to Aust and i had to find a friend to REDIRECT the mail within the US.

  Product came with a black face rather than silver gray. If identified as black on web site, then I missed it so don't think the color was very evident. The customer service rep was very helpful. It never occurred to me to ask color. Assumed all where silver in color.
