  The transmission that was originally ordered was delivered on time as promised. This unit arrived with some damage. Several options were offered. I chose to have another unit shipped. This new unit was delivered in a timely manner. New unit has been installed. So far so good.

  They should have more than 5 stars really I did the order from Portland Oregon and I got the order during maybe 1 week they are so fast . And they are expensive too but with very high quality I did 2 doors for Lexus and airbag I got the door it’s so clean with NO ANY DAMAGE . I did not check the airbags yet but am sure it’s clean as doors Really guy thank you and special thanks for Mr.Ray

  Needed a shifter cable for my 2006 AWD Sienna and there were no new ones to be found anywhere in the United States and I found Benzeen while searching for the cable and they had a used one that they shipped out to me from California to Pennsylvania in just a couple days and now I'm back on the road and my new shifter cable that the garage ordered for my Sienna over a month ago has been pushed back yet again. Thank you Benzeen! A quality used part has me on the road again and ready for the snow .

  Took them forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, they ordered the part. Then a couple days later, after the part was pulled, it was severely damaged. Need to have more accurate descriptions if this part is put on for sale through their system. The only saving grace of why I even gave a 3, instead of a 1-2, was that he gave me a decent discount for the damaged part after the fact. I know you guys are busy, but for any production shop trying to order parts from you, really causes customer service issues and wasted rental days for the lag and unconfirmed damage on parts that you’re selling.

  Service was great price was great delivery time was great only thing that bothered me was the part witch was a power steering rack had one tie rod end and boot and the other was missing witch is okay but i feel that it would of bin nice to receive both ty he biggest concern was that the power steering rack was electric and the removers cut the wires that was a lazy move on there part and it coated me an hour and a half of soldering repair!!

  Called on a Friday to order but their shipping department wasn't available to give me a shipping quote so I was told they would call me on Monday. That didn't happen so I called back and bought what I was looking for. Took four days for them to ship the part to me, plus the three additional days shipping time to arrive. When it arrived it wasn't the part I ordered and not even a part that would fit my car. When I called to report it the issue I was told that that even though it was their fault they couldn't expedite the correct part to me because the shipping cost was too high. I've now been without my car for two weeks and will to wait at least another week hoping to get the right part.

  Order a Headlight for a Lexus that was suppose to be insurance quality. Received it with a tab broken off, could not use had to order another one that was two days out. Would be nice if they check parts before sending out.

  This was an easy process. I put the order in and received my product with in a weeks time. The only thing that I would say that could be improved is that I did not receive an email from the company alerting me my order was fulfilled, but that is just a minor detail. Everything else was excellent.

  We had arranged for a transfer case we ordered on 7/2, to be picked up and delivered to us via a courier service by 7/7. When the transfer case did not arrive on Wed 7/7, we called on Thurs 7/8 to see what had happened or if we would be receiving the transfer case on Fri 7/9. No one at Benzeen knew what was going on or wanted to help us. We called the courier ourselves and found out that he was never called to pick up any parts to deliver to us. Benzeen finally discovered that they had accidentally shipped the transfer case, instead of sending it with the courier. They could not find or provide a tracking number for us, but told us it would be delivered the early part of the following week. On 7/12-13 no one at Benzeen knew when we would see the transfer case and still would not provide us with the tracking information. The transfer case was finally delivered on 7/15, putting us and our customer over a week behind schedule.

  Worst service. Will never recommend. They shipped the wrong part. I ordered front right CV axle. They shipped the left cv axle and on invoice it was mentioned that it was the one from right side. My mechanic tried to fit but it didn’t fit. We came to know that it was one from left side. I contacted benzeen auto parts and ask to give me the refund and the labour cost that i need to pay double of the labour cost because of the unacceptable mistake from their team member. They should have double check before shipping the part. They refused me to pay the labour cost. Their silly mistake costs me double the money and time. Never recommend to anyone

  I am very disappointed in their shipping policy. I purchased this item from their website. All address information and shipping information was provided on the final purchase page. I was happy with the process up until that point. Unfortunately, I received a phone call informing that they had to charge me an unreasonable extra charge for shipping (half the cost of the item ~$70.00. I hope other purchasers have a better experience than me.

  Terrible experience! Would not recommend, Placed order and paid on June 4, 2021 and did not learn until June 14, 2021 that Benzeen could not ship what was ordered and paid for. Terrible communication during the process and the sales department did a complete failure when it came time to wrespond to their quality/testing department which is the department that stated the order could not be fulfilled. Full refund also was not timely. Hold time to get answers was ridiculous as several times they disconnected the call before I could speak to a live person. Overall just a terrible experience!

  Andre at Benzeen Auto went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the parts I needed. I have a Toyota Sequoia and I needed a rear driver and passenger side spindle. Only one of the spindles on a newly arrived Sequoia was tested to be meet quality standards. Andre went out of his way to find me another spindle at another parts place in Oregon saving me a-lot of time and money. I can't recommend enough the quality customer service I received from Andre and the team of quality assurance mechanics. Making sure that I received both tested driver and passenger side quality parts and were shipped to me ASAP. Highly Recommended

  Benzeen is always a joy to work with. The whole staff is awesome but Ray went above and beyond me expectations and a collision repair shop manager. Ray is knowledgeable about all cars and quickly located my item. He even checked his stock to ensure I received the best used condition part. Ray provided excellent customer service and transparent communication. I appreciate that he is up front and honest about the details of thier products. I've dealt with benzeen since they initially started as TLS. Definitely recommend Ray for any and all recycled auto part related items.
