  Good quick service, good price. However there was some confusion about the part. Ordered as driver side front seat belt for 2011 Tundra. However, the invoice and the part were marked passenger side when it arrived. Inspection revealed that it was, in fact, the driver side belt. Otherwise. great.

  I was stranded on a long road trip and needed an aluminum wheel replacement for my car. I had already spent a day on the phone with auto parts companies all over the country quoting me outrageous shipping costs. Then I talked to Andrey at Benzeen - he found a used wheel and had it shipped overnight to me at a very reasonable price. I was back on the road the next day. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

  We had some issues with the initial order, but they were great to work with and took care of the problem. The lexus amp I received was in great condition and fixed the radio problem I have been fighting for months. Will definitely look to them in the future for excellent used parts!

  All my questions were answered by the rep on the phone, He was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking for. I saved a few thousand dollars buying this radio from them. When it arrived earlier than promised it was easy to install and every wire was where it was supposed to be.

  Daniel provided horrendous customer service, I was charged for the part two weeks after I had placed a request, with literally communication from the company, just $270 missing from my account. No shipping or tracking information, and the part finally did arrive.... IT WAS THE WRONG PART!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I WANT MY TIME BACK THAT THEY WASTED AND ILL NEVER GET BACK, AND I WANT APOLOGY FROM DANIEL FOR BEING THE .MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER FACING COMPANY REPRESENATIVE. I will never use this company or their dumpster fire of a service again if they don't fix this, and I'll find anywhere and everywhere I can to leave this review. They're terrible. They overpriced their equipment, and they lie.
