Verified reviewWashing machine was giving an error code. Contacted on Sunday evening. Maple Leaf was able to send a technician for Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday). Technician arrived in scheduled time window. Issue was diagnosed and machine is working. Repair was expensive, but I didn't have the luxury of comparison shopping, so I'm not sure if competitors offer better pricing. I am satisfied with the service.

Verified reviewThe repair man they sent was polite and efficient. He got the job done in no time flat. My dryer needed new support rollers and a belt tensioner. He got it done way faster than I ever could and I would have missed the tensioner. I'm very satisfied with the work and it saved me from going shopping for a new set of washer and dryer even though they are 17 years old. I'll just keep repairing them until something major goes.

Verified reviewThe technician was exactly on time, and was very personable and professional. However, my machine was not fixed because I was quoted a price that made the repair of my 10 year old washer a poor option. I was told that "the main board was defective and not delivering power to the drain pump" (paraphrasing). However, no electrical testing was done. I can't honestly say that "I don't know what's wrong" was the real answer I got from the technician?
