  Uneori livrarea durează mai mult. Alteori a fost foarte prompta. Produsele vin foarte bine ambalate. Sunt produse originale, de calitate medie. Preturile ușor ridicate, compensează pe ici pe colo cu reducerile oferite.

  Acest site este o escrocherie, mărfurile nu sunt livrate, desi contravaloarea este debitata de pe cardul clientului in momentul plasării comenzii. Sunt multi clienti înșelați, de urmărit pagina de Facebook Aosom, sunt multe pareri similare cu aceasta ale altor cumparatori inselati de ei. Call center ul este in jud Alba, nu raspunde nimeni, doar robotul care spune că voice mail-ul e plin. Nici prin e-mail contact clienti nu se poate lua legatura cu Aosom.ro. Situatia e de competenta ANPC ! Poate chiar si a Politiei !
