  Caut produsul de mai mult timp si la mai multe cautari pe google, am gasit aosom f greoi/ din intamplare. Recomand investitii in marketing / SEO. Am intrebat prin email Daca produsul este disponibil - site’ul nu parea 100% de incredere - si am primit raspuns mai rapid de cat era estimat (pana la 24h). Totusi, raspundul celor de la support a fost incomplet / expeditiv Deci recomand si ceva investitii / training-uri in zona aceasta.

  Scaunelul este foarte util la munca din gradina, dar ma asteptam ca este italian conform comenzii la o firma italiana! Cand colo este China! Mai mult a fost necazul cu plata la o banca italiana, greoi de facut daca unul ca mine, pensionar, nu am cont in euro!!! Am avut mari greutati cu plata!

  Legat de livrarea produsului: an înteles initial ca se realizeaza în maxim trei zile, pentru ca mai apoi sa realizez ca dureaza mai mult (cam trei saptamani). Am urmarit pe site drumul parcurs pâna la livrare, ceea ce a fost un lucru bun. Dar în ziua livrarii am fost anuntat, prin email, ca aceasta se va produce dupa amiaza, or pachetul mi-a fost adus la prânz; norocul meu a fost ca tocmai plecam de acasa si soferul a fost dragut si m-a asteptat 5minute.

  Buna ziua, Ne pare foarte rau ca v-a ajuns asa.. Pentru retur daca este defectat trebui sa ne contactati pentru a-l ridica si inlocui sau pentru a-l ridica si a va rambursa.
