  Coleman Allied was very professional. Our coordinator, Lydia was excellent! They were the only movers that would actually come out and give me a quote in person. And our end weight was $1000 less than anticipated. So that was wonderful. They stopped all their timelines!

  Highly recommend using Allied. Movers were prompt, hard working, and careful. Allied was quick to respond to any concerns. The entire process, from the estimate to the destination unloading was smooth, with Allied periodically checking in to make sure everything was going well.   The San Antonio portion of my move is the single worst moving experience I've ever had. The crew was slow, incompetent, and unprofessional. One worker told me it was his third day, he'd had no training, and he wasn't planning to do this job for long. The other one kept stopping to smoke and talk on his phone. The driver was very slow with inventory having to take things back off the truck. They did not wrap furniture before moving it, damaging over 80% of my furniture and the house. Wooden bookshelves were laid on cement and dragged. They didn't have tools to disassemble furniture and I was told "they didn't need it". They didn't have enough mattress bags and the 2 they did have were too small. The driver told me under no uncertain terms that "all he really cared about was getting my stuff into the warehouse". It took 6+ hours for them to load the truck, and they had to make a second trip. When I spoke with the area manager/supervisor, he was dismissive/defensive about the crew's work which was grossly unacceptable.

  The driver and his one loader/unloader were great. The people that packed had no regard for our property. Also, having only two people to load and unload the truck was ridiculous.

  The worst moving experience ever. From the stoned driver, to the movers who packed our things haphazardly, to a lost truck in route, to damaged goods, to announcement that our goods would be 17 days late to the house, all I can say is “run don’t walk” away from this company. Terrible.

  Allied provided a GREAT experience from the time we started evaluating moving companies to safely delivering. Lucas at Emricks in Oklahoma City was extremely helpful, patient and detailed. Even at very high levels of service, Emricks’ prices were competitive. Richard, the driver kept us informed and was very punctual. Overall, excellent experience.

  We were pleased with every aspect of the move from working with Wes (sales), Charisse (coordinator), Frank (driver) to all the guys Frank used to load the truck & unload! Nothing was broken & everything was well cared for. We will reccommend Allied in the future & we definately would use them in the future if needed.

  Allied was the greatest company. Teddy has a great teammate David. They were polite & did everything possible to make my Moving Days perfect. I was impressed that the even covered the doior ways so that the doorway & furniture did not get scratched.. I would recommend Allied to everyone & have already told my Georgetown neighbor as she will be moving this summer. I had a big load & so far found only 3 things got damaged: : a china cabinet glass shelf; a metal lamp: a wood guest room bed side got split? I was totally impressed with the move & all the credit gies To Teddy!

  Movers were extremely helpful and respectful of my treasures. My rate to move was quoted, and after review, since I did not have as much to move as anticipated, I expect a refund. In addition I was provided with a personal Updater email with suggestions and reminders to assist in organizing my packing. This service helped to manage much of the stress that comes along with an interstate move. Any post move issues are readily managed if need be.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service and horrible follow up. Insulting treatment by the GM and then corporate promised follow up which has yet to happen. Packers who smelled of weed and openly stated, “We don’t have time for this Sh*t”. Did not receive the papers to verify boxes on arrival. Multiple boxes not labeled or without an inventory sticker. Lost bed hardware so sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The list is too long to type here. They are aware they have a problem with their GM since they told me that. I have never spent nearly $20k on anything to be treated so poorly. I would avoid them at all costs.

  From the initial evaluation of my apartment contents by the consultant, Jeff, and the continued follow up by Courtney in the office all the way up to the moving day, the services were exceptional. On moving day, Dillon and his associate were, efficient, professional, and courteous taking care with all of my belongings as well as packing the mirrors, large pictures, and glass lamps. Within a few days, Dillon provided the exact delivery date in Florida (from Missouri) and again presented with an exceptional and hard-working associate. In no time they had all of my belongings moved with the boxes separated into all of the various rooms and furniture moved as needed around the condo. I would highly recommend Allied Moving services/Federal Gateway Moving & Storage For your long distance move.

  The movers were very accommodating and careful. I have a lot of delicate, fragile items that arrived in perfect condition after an interstate move and 5 months of storage. If you need a high quality moving company, this is it!

  Everyone we worked with was great! From the quote from Karen to scheduling with Janet to our movers, John and Donna Lennartz, everything went smoothly and no surprises. Very nice people!! Only one thing in the entire load was broke and that was my fault (didn't know cinnamon bark was that fragile -should have bubble wrapped). Very pleased with our move. Highly recommend Piepho Moving and Lennartz Trucking!

  Allied/Bayshore Moving & Storage did a fantastic job loading my furniture. Taking extra care packing glass and mirror items. Bayshore also unloaded my items in a public storage using the same amount of care with my furniture. I would recommend Allied/Bayshore Moving & Storage for their outstanding professionalism, courteous manner and careful handling of your furniture.

  The team did a AWESOME job from start to finish, waiting on some final items to be uncrated and that is set up, special note how great Lisa who came out and worked up my move and Don the best driver EVER!!! I moved while in the military and locally, all by myself and friends this was my whole life being moved cross country and the experience could not have been any better.

  No better tan any other. Understaffed at both origin and destination - leaving the client to incur lengthy and tedious and exhausting responsibilities and work contribution. Above average damage, and ‘loose’ inventory accuracy and terrible packing descriptions and writing. Cheaper, but you get what you pay for …

  We were very happy with the service provided by Coleman Allied. From Brian B. who came out and gave us a quote, Otavia who coordinated the move and Josh who drove our belongings half way across the country. We felt in good hands with all three. Very professional and clear communication the entire time. It took a little longer than anticipated but that’s to be expected when you have a smaller load. I would recommend Allied to anyone!

  They were on time, both picking up and delivering our furniture. However, they broke a wooden model of a WWII fighter (my father worked in the factory that built the actual planes). The representative from Allied said they would insure breakage even if it was something I packed. Well I packed the model, it was crushed during the move, and Allies refused to compensate me. This was only a $300 wooden model but it represented something my Dad did during WWII.

  Allied staff were very helpful and professional. The issue we have is that some of our items did not make it on the truck with our original shipment and are now being shipped to us. They are "en route", but we don't know when they will be here. We have called each day and still are unable to track those items. We have paid in full as that is what was required to get out items off the original truck at destination. Thus, no one at Allied is too concerned.

  Our positive experience started with the arrival of our move estimator. He was very thorough and professional in putting together a competitive quote for us. Reibe Allied Movers are a professional moving company, utilizing outstanding loading and delivery crews. They arrived on time, worked carefully and efficiently, and by mid day were departing for our new home out of state. The next day, the moving crew arrived promptly as promised and had us unloaded and setup in less than a half day. Absolutely nothing was broken or damaged. We have moved a number of times over the years and this was the smoothest, most professional move yet.

  Service was horrible!! Unresponsive representative(s) and horrible timing. Rarely return calls and very late on all items. Paid for services that they didn’t perform and nobody follows up with why they didn’t or any kind of refund. Additionally, the way they packed items was terrible and they had not much regard for my things. Their attitude seems to be that they will replace the items or that I have insurance. I could go on and on about how bad my experience was with them. I have moved cross country 4 times in the past 5 years and this is by far the worst company.

  The only reason I give a 1 star is because it wouldn't let choose no stars. They loaded my house on April 19 & 20, 2022 (was scheduled for only 1 day) and as of today June 3, 2022 I only have approximately 63% of my possessions and my delivery spread ended May 7, 2022. They are paid in full and will not even email me or answer my calls anymore. I have reported them too the FBI for theft. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

  I was very happy with the professionalism of all of the movers. They arrived on time and treated all of my furniture and belongings as if they were theirs. They were very friendly and very organized. Brett and JJ were excellent and kept in touch with me. I would recommend this company 110 percent. Thank you for a very smooth move from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. Also I want to say Josh who came to give me an estimate on this move was also very helpful and informative and guided me and answered all my questions.

  From the initial assessment of our things all the way up to the delivery, my husband and I have nothing but great things to say. We worked with Darren, his wife (Connie) and his team it they made the move so easy. He communicated everything from the beginning to the end and their personality was the icing on the cake. If we have to move again (across country), I will always call Allied-Coleman and ask to work with specifically him!

  From the beginning to the end, my husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Allied-Coleman! We worked with Darren, his wife Connie and team. They are the BEST! As stressful as moving can be, they made everything so seamless! They called us and kept us up to date on times and dates and they delivered! Darren and his wife’s personality makes you feel like they are family and what they are doing is not just a job but something they love to do….help people! If I ever have to move across country anymore, I will call Allied-Coleman and personally ask for Darren!

  The service was great the estimator the packers and the movers were great. Especially Terrence the trucker who was very helpful, had a great professional attitude and communicated very well through the process. We had some minor damage which we need to discuss but honestly I imagine that this is part of the process and has happened before with other movers. Highly recommend them, only person in the whole process who was not positive was Sheila who was taking the place of Michelle as the moving coordinator. Her tone and her frustration with her role was palpable, she had to take over from someone out on leave and clearly was not pleased by it and very impatient with me. HOWEVER that is a small part of the big picture of a great company with overall excellent customer care.

  Service was great , but had two men that didn’t speak English and didn’t know the difference between left and right ! We wanted most of the furniture on the right hand side bedroom and they put everything in the left side room , no boggy we moved everything where it was supposed to go , all in all everything went great , thank you

  Moved our stuff from MA to PA within the 10 day window. Only minor scrapes to our belongings. Movers in both states were very nice and efficient. Move coordinator Sheryl is a saint for taking all my questions about the move timing.

  Outstanding customer service from my first call to the office, to getting an affordable quote, to the highly professional movers who unpacked with great care and made sure I was happy that everthing was moved into the right spot !   Great job all the way around. Of the 3 crews (packing, loading and unloading) - would use all again. If we were to move again - would certainly request Super Mario and Elmer.

  Jorge and his team are the best to work. Friendly and so efficient. It was amazing how they handled not only fragile items but a family collection of rocks and a large heavy liberty bell! The same wonderful service when the items were delivered to my new Virginia home. The office staff was super to work with too! I highly recommend the Gardena Allied Movers!!!
