  Packing, loading ,and unloading crews were awesome. Very professional. I think a guy like David who loaded and unloaded the truck are an asset to your company. If there was a negative to the whole experience it was being told a delivery date and then delivered 2 days later.

  Everything was pretty easy and painless.. and that’s all you can really ask for with a moving company. Driver was great and the help loading and unloading was very friendly and professional. Coordinator kept us updated. It was a one less thing to worry about with a big move. Thank you for that.

  My experience was nearly flawless. We had great communication from our driver, our things arrived early and nothing was damaged. Our driver was excellent and thorough, went the extra mile to make our experience a good one. He was careful with our belongings on both ends and was super courteous and polite.

  They were very efficient and quick to load and unload. We're on time, delivery was even 45 minutes early. Wasn't quite ready. Didn't like that they turned my dressers and file cabinet up side down. Made a mess of the contents. Over all very nice men on both ends.

  I did some thinking, how companies that are not working towards gaining an ongoing customer base are different than those who are seeking a weekly or monthly repeat customer. Basically the service you receive from both types of companies should be the same. You either set out to wow a customer or you dont. You either use technology to the highest possible or you just slog along like things were 10years ago. How can a moving company charging thousands of dollars for there services not exceed a customers expectations when a grocery delivery service offering free delivery offer superior communications and on time delivery. It really is a puzzle that should be studied. I was very impressed with Rod my salesman. I felt secure that he was not leaving anything for granted. He explained everything very clearly.He responded to.my calls and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Bri at the dispatch office was also extremely helpful and got back to me in short order. Although the driver and his crews at both locations appeared to be good at there jobs, communication was not there strong suit. I think communication between the driver and the customer could be improved with the use of text messaging. You don't always need to talk, but updating location and arrival time could be sent by texting. I also feel that there is technology that would be more efficient for tagging and checking in the loads. Really, you're having someone hand write the carton numbers and poor descriptions on a carbon triplicate form? I worked in a manufacturing facility for years in the shipping and receiving department and it was scanned and transmitted electronically. I am very grateful that my load was received in its entirety and in a timely manner and that there was only one item damaged. A happy customer is your best and cheapest form of advertisement. There are a lot of options available to the consumer. You don't want to become another KMART and join the many companies that were great but didn't keep up!

  People were very helpful and friendly and took time to answer questions. They kept us informed about where they were and when they would arrive My only negative was when Mikecwent through our house with us he said we could us our dresser drawers as a place to pack things but when the movers arrived they said no you can’t keep things in the drawers so my husband had to scramble to take things out and pack them in boxes Joel and Travis were very careful with our things and were very hard working and got the job done very efficiently. We were very happy with their work from start to finish.

  My husband wanted to use this service to begin with and I didn’t because we’ve never had the need and didn’t have any recommendations. After checking around and talking to different shipping companies I realized my husband may be right so I went ahead and set everything up for this company to ship our belongings across the country. I am so glad I listened to my husband. Everything went very smoothly and arrived in perfect condition. I can’t say enough how much I would recommend this company. Great service and communication. I give them a 10+ rating.

  Excellent driver, load, and unload crews! No damaged items. The loaders/unloaders were careful and extremely flexible. They saved me a *lot* of work, especially at the destination. Some water found its way into the truck and collected in the frame of a card table. JT, the driver, immediately contacted the company to be sure there wouldn’t be a problem if it was damaged. It wasn’t but it was good to see him right on top of the situation. 60% of the packers could easily have brought my rating down to 4 stars. But no real damage was done so I’m staying at 5. However, packers should label carefully. I had multiple boxes that said they contained things that they didn’t. And they should know to pack the clips, pins or other supports that go to shelves/cabinets *with* the shelves/cabinets. After a week, I still can’t use 50% of my shelving/cabinet units because I can’t find the supports! On the up side, the gentleman who packed my guitars and other high value items did an outstanding job. He made a point of telling me how he packed them and labeling the cartons correctly. Overall, I’m pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ray the Mover.

  I enlisted Santa Rosa Moving & Storage for my move from Napa to Texas. The whole experience was simply top notch. Joe Perri, the driver for North American Van lines, was outstanding. His crews at both the load and move in were outstanding. Literally, every detail was perfect. Outstanding communication from both SRM&S and Joe throughout the process, from assessing my needs to the last item safely off the truck and carefully placed into my new home 2000 miles away made what is always a high stress situation for anyone into a successful venture. Would not hesitate to use either or both again in the future.

  Company only sent 2 packers who could only pack half the house in 1 day when the whole house was to be packed in 1 day. Driver and loaders had to help pack the next day to meet the schedule. Packing day should have had a minimum of 4 packers. The 2 packers who showed up were very efficient in packing half the house in 1 day.

  Worried a bit about late start of 11 relative to finishing, but by 4:30 job was complete. Barnegat delivery phase went well, my daughter was very pleased. On Saturday early start meant completion by 1:30, excellent job, pleasant, very accommodating.

  The crew was EXTREMELY nice, polite, hard working, friendly. The truck that arrived for the move was not large enough to pack our home so many items were not brought. We would like this addressed, but no fault of the crew at all they packed as much as they could safely. One dining room chair was broken during transport but we will just file a claim, not a big deal. Jon & Shannon were very helpful & the crew worked very hard to keep our new home & belongings from being damaged throughout the move. We sincerely appreciate it.

  We haven't moved in 30yrs, and never used a moving company before. After reading online reviews from various site (about different companies), we were a bit leery. Allied staff put our fears to rest. Pricing was reasonable. Moving consultant Rob Deering was available to answer all our questions. Moving crew (Jake and Dave I don't remember the 3rd man who helped load the truck) were professional, yet laid back and down to earth. They treated our belongings with care. When unloading in the new house, they took care to protect the wood flooring before unloading. We really can't say enough good things about the moving crew, and the whole experience. I would definately recommend Allied to my friends, and Jake & crew to anyone moving from the Reading, PA area.

  The move from Sanibel to Savannah went without a single hitch. Perfect planning from beginning to end. From the first visit with Danielle, the moving estimator who answered all our questions and coordinated the process, to our super-friendly goodbyes to Driver Derrick, Robert, and their team at our destination, the entire process was easy, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Best Moving of Naples and Allied!

  everyone was professional and easy to work with. Hats off to Matt for excellent Customer Service. Everything arrived intact and wrapped well. And, received the items earlier than expected. Would definitely use y’all again but, don’t plan on moving again.

  I have to say that this was my best move ever! Lionels team was so careful with my belongings that nothing was damaged in my home move. If you want a carefree, prompt and professional move, choose these guys. You will not regret it. I’ve used other movers and had so many issues. I am so thankful that I chose Westheimer Moving and Storage. The office staff (Ed and Angie) were very responsive too all of my inquiries as well.
