  All the Allied people I have dealt with were excellent! However Mike Underhill and his crew deserves special praise. They were careful, polite, professional and efficient. I have moved many times around the US in the past 40 years, but he was by far the best. He also had outstanding communication!

  Painless and no surprises. The two local guys from Coleman were fast and efficient. Both were very kind and professional. Coleman even took things out of my drawers and wrapped them up. Everything they packed, they did extremely well. It was stored by them until the long distance guys came to pick everything up.The two long distance guys , Josue and Matt were professional, efficient, fast, and had good personalities. They were very accommodating. Nothing was damaged and they took great care not to damage anything. I have moved a few times in my life and these folks were as good as it gets. The North American long distance truck was clean and looked new. That by itself gave me a comforting feeling. I would use Coleman Worldwide in Vegas again in an instant. Same with the long distance guys from North American. My experience shows that movie can actually be painless. A sincere THANK YOU to these folks. They work hard and get little thanks. They are very much appreciated and I pray my words reach all those who had a hand in this endeavor . Anyone needing a move done, I cannot recommend this guys enough!!!!

  The planning and storage part was amazing. Beth and Liz were such a big help and made me feel at ease. The part getting my stuff out of storage and delivered was different. I felt like no one communicated to me what was going on with my stuff. The window of eleven days and a phone call 24 hours in advance was just unreasonable. I can’t just tell my job that at any given moment I will need to be off. The delivery men were great and handled my items with care. There was a mix up with someone else’s belongings with my stuff which made me nervous that someone may have had my things. I haven’t unpacked everything but I’ve only found one damaged item. Thanks for the hard work guys.

  We were very pleased with time management - a little disappointed with quite a few scratches on great furniture - which seamed to be a loading problem. We took the insurance and working to document everything. Most things are just stupidity of the person who loaded. In general happy - made it from coast to coast.

  Fantastic experience from the initial meeting with Matt Smith to give me the estimate, Shannon Roberts who provided me daily updates and the packing crew, the loading crew led by driver#1, Brian Davis and his unloading crew in Florida the second truck crew led by Tim Crist. The first load showed up on time and was unloaded quickly in Florida without incident. Driver #2, Tim Crist Was able to deliver 12 hours early which was a huge help. Every person who helped in our move were incredibly courteous and very helpful during a stressful time. Both drivers and a Shannon kept me updated of their progress and expected arrival times. On time, no damage, everything placed exactly where we wanted and no extra charges. Plus all the free moving boxes we needed. Way to go Excel! Ed Treacy Nokomis, FL

  The crew that picked up my stuff were very good and polite and they too great care of my items. The truck driver, Matt who delivered was outstanding! He stayed in touch to provide me an ETA. He unloaded and placed my items in the storage unit carefully and so I could walk in narrow aisles to get to all of my stuff. A1 Service!!! Very pleased

  Angel, Irma, Q, and Eli were the dream team. They came into what could’ve been a stressful situation with smiles, patience and incredible hard work. They packed us up in North Carolina and followed us out to Georgia with the same excellent mentality. Their problem solving skills were very beneficial when we needed them! One example would be when our driveway was too twisted for the truck to enter. Angel and my husband came up with a wide solution quickly. Please tell me this team will be rewarded for their impeccable service.

  We have moved several times in our lifetime through military and regular personal moves two different states and this is the first time that we actually had a truck driver that was worthy of being a top-notch truck driver for our home goods. He took special care of our shipment. I would very much recommend Paul the truck driver to anyone for allied Van lines to use as the driver.   The driver and movers were all professional. There was frequent communication on the delivery of the furniture. They have many years of experience in moving across state you can tell in their workmanship. I would highly recommend them for anyone that's wants to move to another state.

  So far so good. Everything seems to be in good condition at the final destination. Unloading was speedy and the guys were super accommodating. Glad we chose Carey in NC rather than the unknown in FL. A special thanks to Shellie. She was the best!

  Overall it was a great experience! There is some room for improvement, the only minor complaints I have are the moving boxes packed did not have the rooms on them i.e. kitchen, dining room etc so when movers delivered it made it difficult to place in the rooms and now I have to essentially move the boxes myself. I also wish there was a recycle program for the paper etc because it is so much (random side note). Otherwise, things were great considering it was a cross country move and my first time doing so. Packers were great, truck driver/loaders were great and communication was great. Thank you all very much!

  There was a bit of a mix up on what day my things were to be picked up. One person said the 25th and another said the 26th. They ended up calling the night before and arrived on the 25th which worked out perfectly for us! Other than that and because everyone gave great customer service I still rate it 5 stars ?? ???????? Everyone and everything was awesome!!!! Thank you!!!!

  Over all they did a great job. However, the packing company could have done a little better job in organizing the parts box and making sure all the parts ( screws, cords and other small pieces could be found) The loafing company and drivers John and Donna were awesome. The unloading co was fantastic.

  The packers were very thorough, making sure that our items would not break in transit. The driver, Bruce, was extemely helpful when he arrived and we were searching for a particular item right away. The deliverymen were late, but once arrived, they did a fine job. Overall, we were quite pleased with the move and with the Coleman company. I also appreciated the phone calls from Chalsea Hurst making sure that the move was timely. It all made for a less stressful move. Thank you.

  The crew loading where amazing also took time to make sure furniture was protected. Truck Driver stopped by day before delivery to make sure he could get into the neighborhood. He also was great unloading items.

  Our driver was most professional and personable... enjoyed working with him. The crews were awesome and all work the whole time...amazing at load in and out.   This was our second interstate move in the last year and the entire Coleman team was excellent! Our previous movers were not great and we did not want to use them again. We asked around and no one would recommend their past movers either. I am excited to have movers that I would use again and recommend to friends and family!

  Our move went as smoothly as possible considering our circumstances with a tornado in Dallas and our newly constructed home in AZ not being ready. Our driver, Chris Bla, was beyond WONDERFUL!!! An extremely hard worker - very respectful of our property - patient and accommodating of our storage situation - and all with a wonderful personality and sense of humor!

  I would have given 5stars as Vince and Chris were awesome! However, when they arrived to pack they changed our delivery from Thursday to Monday. We had to scramble to get to our destination ahead of them. They were to deliver at 5pm. Then, at 5pm, they called saying they would need to change our delivery to the following day between 9am and 9:30. Again we hustled to be ready at 9, but they didn't arrive until 10:15. Good thing we were flexible, but all these time and day changes at the last minute were frustrating.

  All the packers and driver were very professional and friendly. They did a great job and were very quick and efficient. My only complaint was the communication on the delivery side. The driver notified us of his arrival time at 9 pm the night before the delivery and the 3rd party craters were not notified.

  Matt and his entire crew were a hard working group. They did an excellent job packing and loading our belongings. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture with great care. Everyone was super professional and extremely fun to work with. Matt kept us informed of the schedule so we knew when to expect him on loading day and unloading day. No surprises with this team!   They did and absolutely fantastic job. Everything arrived in good condition in a timely manner. Great communication at every stage in the process. I am still amazed how they were able to get that big truck into our storage facility and apartment complex. The driver was a really nice guy as well. The price was comparable to other vendors but the service was outstanding.

  Best moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved about 15 times. Next time I move I will be requesting this same driver and his partner. Just awesome.

  I thought it would be a nightmare. Thank God I was wrong. The initial contact (Dave Daley) to the delivery of my moms belongings (Don from Colorado) it was perfect. The load was reasonably priced and the cargo was treated like an egg. If I needed to move again I would definitely use allied.

  We had a great estimate and a great binding contract. The worker/packers were professional and very courteous. The truck drivers went above and beyond when loading and delivering and unloading.   Roosevelt our driver was fantastic. Very professional and works very hard. All our house goods were taken care of and all was received in our home with no damage or missing items.

  We had problems with the packers provided not the movers. The load on and load out and driver Jose where great. The packers did damage to my kitchen cabinets. Why would you pack a kitchen mixer, crockpot in with a box of patio furniture? How does inside the house get pack in the same box as outside. Still missing a lot of kitchen stuff that who knows where it is.

  Very happy. I was sending a few furniture items to my son in Houston,Texas. The move went very well. From the pick up of my items to the actual move Pickens-Kane kept me informed and I was able to let my son know when the truck would arrive in Houston. I would definitely use Pickens-Kane if I have any future moving needs.
