  Open box offer is a bargain. The product the company was selling was a brand new Leica M10 monochrome but with “open box”. In reality the camera was new but $100 cheaper than a new one. And the box was still sealed. Package arrived quickly and was as expected so very happy. Prompt service and bargain price.

  I placed an order for delivery on a specific date but FedEx had an issue and it didn't arrive on the promised date. However, after contacting 42nd street photo with my problem they refunded the delivery charge and my order arrived the following day. The delivery was well packaged and the camera is perfect. Great customer service.

  Easy to purchase and excellent communication. 2 stars missed because the camera needed 'setting up' and it would have been nice to have instructions rather than me having to search the internet to see what I needed to do. Apart from that would definitely buy from them again.

  I have bought from 42photo.com several times now and never had any problems with this company. The products are exactly as described on the website and they have great offers. I always compare them to other camera stores and even with the shipping costs added to the total, it works out cheaper to buy with 42photo.com.
