  Canon EOS 5DS R DSLR Camera (Body Only) Ordered from London on Thursday morning, camera arrived on the following Monday, even though it was a bank holiday! Stunning service from 42nd PHOTO. Amazing price too. Camera is ace, service even better.

  I purchased this Fuji 18-55mm f/2.8 lens along with my Fuji X-T1 at 42 and used it for a photographic trip to NYC a couple of weeks later. I don't think it is fair to call this a kit lens as it is far superior in all respects to any kit lens I've ever used before and produces significantly higher image quality. I love it as an all around lens for going on vacation, or just most of my general photography. I've always preferred prime lenses, but this is my first Fuji camera and I wanted a little flexibility while I built my kit. For the price, it was a really good decision. It's by far the best kit lens I've ever seen on a mirrorless camera.

  Slow delivery Got what I ordered. Not happy with delivery time, - est 3-5 working days. After 6 working day I phoned up and was told that it would be delivered the next day. Stayed in all day and noting. Finally came after 7 working days. In today’s market most items ordered can be shipped and delivered within 2 days. Time to up the game 42nd foto.

  I purchased the Polsen OLM-10 microphone for use in our church services. The microphone died on us twice during our pastor's sermon even with a new battery which we had to replace weekly. We had to discontinue using it, 42nd Photo did not inform us, not a great lavalier shop

  I would highly recommend this store if you are searching for cameras or all kinds of camera equipment. I have visited this store many times recently to purchase and camera and some lenses, I asked Jonathan Huckabee at 42nd St PHOTO hundreds of questions and he always gave me consistent friendly service and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. He is a fountain of knowledge and always greeted me with a smile and remembered my name!. I would definitely visit this store every time I have more questions or need any other items for my camera kit.

  Ordered this Manfrotto Pro Light drone backpack with free storage pack looked a similar backpacks at a considerable higher price and am pleased with the backpack big enough for my DJI Phantom and accessories well padded and comfortable to were when carrying your camera equipment.

  I ordered a Sony ZV-1 camera and The next day I received a call from 42nd Street photo to advise that black was out of stock. I chose to wait for new stock but my Order was never fulfilled and I had to go back to THEM to understand why. I canceled my order and got the camera locally elsewhere.

  I have been a 42nd Photo's customer for over 15 years. Over that time I have purchased $10,000s from them, both in cash and trade-in. They have always been prompt, helpful and professional. I particularly like the efficiency of their ordering process and ALWAYS prompt delivery. For me they are the best retailer in the Americas, although their are others who are nearly as good!

  Wrong item supplied, not ideally resolved. I have been dealing with 42nd St Photo for years and have always been impressed by their customer service. I recently purchased a Super Wide Konica Minolta AF 17-35mm f/2.8-4 Lens from them but the lens which arrived was the wide angle telephoto. I emailed them to point out the error. The outcome was not ideal but it was promptly handled. 42nd Photo was unable to supply a correct version of the lens purchased so I had to settle for a refund. I wanted a lens, not money. They did also offer a $20 credit to my account as an apology. Now I will have to find one elsewhere and I will be disadvantaged because only 42nd Photo provides a 12 month warranty on used equipment.

  I recently rented a lens from 42nd St PHOTO. John and Kate really helped me out. Lots of knowledge and they were really helpful, making sure everything went smoothly when the lens was dropped at another store. I even received a thank you email after the hire. Thats a first.   Flew over to 42nd St Photo New York from Maryland last week regarding organising a repair to a lens and damage report to camera. Also to consider changing kit to mirrorless camera system. Jonathan and John incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This solidified why I use 42nd Photo.   I was referred to 42nd Street Photo by a friend who has previously purchased and enjoyed the experience. Plunging in, I opted for a Sony HXR-NX100 Camcorder. The ordering process was very intuitive and efficient, my Camcorder was delivered well within the estimate and it was easy to check on progress on their website.   My experiences with 42nd street photo was exceptional. Very prompt replies to all my questions and concerns and delivery of my GoPro MAX 360 camera was well packaged- and arrived in great condition.   I'm a novice photographer and I just wanted a decent point and shoot to take on holiday. I received excellent service from Jimmy at 42nd Street Photo, who sold me an Olympus Tough TG-6 camera which was ideally suited to my needs. He didn't try to persuade me to buy a more expensive model or push any extra unnecessary equipment. I found the whole experience of buying my camera very easy and was delighted when I used it on the vacation, The battery life on the camera is really good, as I have went out and taken about 600 photos today with majority of them using flash and there is still battery left. Overall, a great camera and would definitely recommend 42nd Street Photo.

  Great selection of accessories and stocked the exact Camera Backpack I was looking for which the previous 3 stores I tried, hadn't even heard of.   I stumbled into 42nd street photo while searching for a PTZOptics camera, I decided to talk to the customer support first. The support personnel was very helpful and I was happy to see that the camera was actually in stock.   I received emails daily keeping me up to date. I really appreciated this. The Sigma 18-35mm lens came in good condition. I found that the focus is not only sharp, but extremely sharp.   Ordered a voucher as a gift. Despatched promptly (hard copy voucher) and received in good order. Maybe it is time for 42nd PHOTO to incorporate direct delivery of gift vouchers into the system and to enable 'soft' (downloadable) vouchers.   Everything 42nd PHOTO did was fine, paid for next day delivery. Waited in all that day and the following day. Ended up with a 60 mile round trip to collect. Not 42nd PHOTO problem but should think about a new courier.

  I just spent $600 on a used lens from 42ndphoto which the ad said, came with a hood. When the lens arrived - no hood. From what happened next, I'm guessing that the lens was traded in without the hood, but the staff at 42nd Photo went above and beyond and supplied me with a new hood and the hood extension for APS-C cameras. Very, very pleased. Eleven out of ten.

  Smooth process, great product! The DJI Ronin-SC gimbal Stabilizer is a great product. It's easy to use and helps produce quality video's. I received this fast and everything was in tact! It's the best getting to open a package and even better when everything's as described. This DJI Ronin gimbal is exactly what I needed! Glad I made the leap and ordered it from here.

  SONY Underwater Housing for RX100 Series All controls are easily accessible, and the camera goes into the housing with no problem. I used this in Hawaii underwater and then carried it around quite a bit on land. Sony did a great job in building this unit. this housing is quite bulky - it is a generic design rather than custom tight fit for the RX-100 (that is my only complaint, other than that it works great).

  Got it Love it! The wait was worth it to get exactly what I wanted. I can always trust that 42nd Photo Chat agents will help me find what I am looking for in a price range I can afford.   Great place, just a little expensive now. Used to be a great place for Canadians to buy cheap electronics, photography, computer accessories, etc, but now Amazon and Ebay are cheaper. Not much in it normally, about 5-10%, but cheaper is cheaper.

  I've done a lot of comparison for portrait and beach photography. This Canon EF 50mm f/1.4L USM lens does not disappoint. And I'm very satisfied with 42nd PHOTO customer service. This lens was well priced and on back order. I received it as promised on time. The guys at 42nd street we're helpful and personable.

  I am absolutely loving the new GoPro 8 Black. I upgraded mine from the Hero 6. I love the interface of the GoPro Hero 8. It was great while on vacation and looking forward to future uses. 42nd Photo was great to deal with and shipped immediately! The package from 42ndphoto was awesome. It was sealed tight and was packaged perfectly. It was secured. Big thumbs up on my side. Thank you 42ndphoto!

  Great camera except for the lens This 50D camera is awesome. Great ergonomics, feels very comfortable, easy to use. I was disappointed though with the 28-135mm kit lens. ...The camera is good and it would be even better had the lens was made in Japan. The camera body I would recommend.

  I've been a pro shooter for 30 years. After shopping the net and having a couple of bad experiences I returned to 42nd. 42nd's service and reliability once again made the experience a slam dunk. The Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II Zoom Lens is designed for use with Nikon DSLR cameras that use the APS-C 1.5x DX sensor, which includes the Nikon D50 DSLR camera. The price is easy to work with as well as 42nd. Always quick delivery. Never a problem.

  Incredibly sturdy and accurate The Manfrotto 410 Junior Geared Head is made of aluminium, but is a substantial piece of equipment Ideal for long lens Total Solar Eclipse & astrophotography. This was exactly what I needed for astrophotography - sturdy as a tank, and easy to accurately align. It's really heavy, a testament to the tremendous build quality. I feel this is going to last a lifetime and them some. I clearly see this is a piece of equipment I will enjoy for years to come. Thank you 42nd St PHOTO for the prompt convenient service as always.

  Quick and efficient dispatch, goods exactly as expected I needed a 'dead cat' for a video mic and New York electronic stores had prices that matched the other main distributors. Having purchased from them before I got pretty much what I expected: goods dispatched quickly, arrived as expected and in, naturally, good condition.   Very good Very good, but compared to AMAZON shipment time is in general 3 to 4 days longer compared to AMAZON. It looks 42nd PHOTO looses time processing orders! Pay NO taxes!

  Mishaps inevitable in commerce, but good service includes quick & painless correction This concerned an eyecup replacement for a Nikon D7200, although unfortunately I was first supplied an incorrect eyecup this was swiftly rectified & the correct eyecup was supplied at no extra cost to myself. Mistakes happen, good service includes quick & painless rectification of an error which, in this case only took one short phone call.

  Excellent service as usual. 42nd Street photo was the cheapest price when ordering this Sigma 150-600mm lens. I was very happy with the time it took to deliver it and was impressed by how well it was packaged. The lens delivers sharp photos and focuses quickly on my Nikon D750, I've had the lens for a couple weeks now, and it has been great for my wildlife and bird photography. I knew I could always count on 42nd street photo for great products at good prices.

  Another successful 42nd PHOTO purchase I have been using 42nd PHOTO for many years and have never been disappointed. My recent purchase of a Stealth Cam DS4K MAX has been no exception. The trail camera was as described and relatively easy to set up. Am still trying to play around with it to get the best results but already have pictures of Muntjac deer and foxes from the first couple of nights recording.

  Ancient Aliens would LOVE this Camera! Used but feels mint with freshness! I really just love 42nd Photo and the Nikon D7200. This is my second body. Now I carry two D7200 cameras. It has no optical low bypass filter which allows for cleaner detailed photos. I would tell anyone who is interested in photography, professional or not to buy this package! And the deal from 42nd Photo I just could not pass up!
