  The Sony a7S III camera I ordered was out of stock initially but I was notified promptly when it was available, a few days later. It was then dispatched and delivered very swiftly. I have no hesitation in recommending 42nd Street photo.

  I ordered a pair of Nikon 10x42 Binoculars and was told they'd be ready in approximately 24-hours. I called every other day for a week and got one increasingly rude employee afterwards. I tried to cancel the order but the service representative informed me that the order could no longer be canceled and that I had to wait for 2 weeks.

  After purchasing another lens and being impressed with the quality of the images decided to purchase a Tamron 70-210mm lens. It was not inexpensive, but at a competitive price for such an investment. The lens arrived within a week and was well packaged. I Love the lens & would definitely buy from 42nd street photo.

  Do not make the same mistake I did in ordering from 42nd street photo. I ordered a Panasonic DMC-FZ1000 camera about three weeks ago, i sill haven't received my order, despite them taking the money from my account immediately. I sent them a number of emails requesting information on the status of my order but all my emails were ignored and I'm still waiting for response.

  I can't believe all these positive comments, based on the terrible product I've received, I just purchased an Epson p900 printer and was hoping it would be worthwhile but It had to be shipped back immediately due to an issue with setup. To me this was terrible experience from such a big store.

  I've only purchased from 42nd street PHOTO online, so I can't speak of their brick and mortar store, but their online shop is great. I've bought several darkroom accessories and enlarging papers and I've not been disappointed yet. Their prices and nearly unbeatable too. They Always have what I need from darkroom to digital.

  Smart and easy ordering process. The Fujifilm X100V camera arrived sooner than I expected and it was very neatly packaged and As a professional photographer I love It, I wanted something light, with a wide lens and the camera fits the bill.   Extension Tubes for Macro Photography I was starting to peer into the macro image arena and spotted these Hasselblad extension tubes during Christmas deal days while looking for something else. I'm very satisfied with this Hasselblad Extension Tube 56mm extension tubes. Great addition to my tool bag for closeup work. Purchase two from 42nd and counting.

  Products are usually of very good quality, lenses are great, the only complaint right now is the latest case for SeaLife 10x Close-Up Lens, quality doesn't feel as solid as other cases, lens insert feels weak and doesn't stay in place when attaching or removing a lens, feels like the case was released before thoroughly being tested

I shoot videos for my TikTok and have specific needs and wants for a camera that will work for me. Your associate took the time with me to understand thoroughly what I needed and then made suggestions which would provide a delicate balance between my requirements and my budget. I am exceedingly delighted with the Panasonic Camcorder I bought! Jonathan knows his stuff and brings the desired patience and understanding to the sales process with novice buyers like me. One final thing, if you please. I am truly 'old school' when it comes to personalized service and Customer allegiance.   The Laowa lens for my Canon R5 arrived on time with no problems. My difficulty was that I'd never used a manual lens before and my R5 was new to me (bought from 42nd PHOTO). I couldn't get the lens to work! I e-mailed 42nd PHOTO Customer Services and got a reply immediately. Jonathan was extremely helpful and not only sent me a link to an explanatory NY Times article but then took the time to telephone me and talk me, step-by-step, through the camera's menu so that it would recognise the lens. Brilliant. I am a delighted customer and will definitely buy from 42nd PHOTO again.

  Low Prices and Fast Delivery from NY to Delaware Ordered a Canon EOS R on Sunday 29th December and arrived 5 business days later on Tuesday 4th January from New York to Delaware (Wilmington ) via FedEx. Delivery was phenomenally fast especially during the Christmas period and COVID pandemic. Also, Prices for the EOS R and other products on the website were reasonably lower as compared to other websites. Would buy again from this website.

  Great Company Great Site Late into the holiday season and I was worried my Sony E 50mm f/1.8 OSS might be too late to get before Christmas. It literally came two days after it shipped a few days after I ordered. Top quality and my son loved it. On. A side note, they could process order until Holidays were over.   Happy Dental Staff We are an Orthodontic Practice. We use the Godox Ring72 Macro Flash for patient photos, before and after treatment. We do head shots and intra-oral photos. The Staff are very pleased with the quality of the pictures and the ease of use of the flash. We would highly recommend this product as of today.

  Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM Lens It's a winner! I bought this lens to use with my Canon R5 camera. It arrived just in time for me to use it during our Christmas Eve services. It proved to be the perfect lens to reach all parts of the sanctuary under varying lighting conditions. The results were amazing. I'm looking forward to using it extensively during an upcoming trip to some wildlife sanctuaries.

  Poor customer service in store We ordered a camera lense that was faulty. It was new but came in a used box. When we returned it to the store the assistant was claiming that Fujifilm is sending the boxes like this and was trying to convince us that the lense was working not to miss the sale. He didn't know the characteristics of either the camera or the lense. Very poor customer communication. We ended up returning it to buy from Fujifilm a proper working one in a brand new box

  Nikon EN-EL15c battery 🔋 Having tried OFF-Brand replacement batteries for my cameras, I quickly realize that my money is better spent on the Nikon brand for my cameras dependability. 42nd St photo always gets the products to me in a couple of days and I depend on them for my photography supplies

  Good Service but Cash-Back Problems If this was about the ordering and delivery alone, I would give 5 stars but I have become embroiled in a dispute over a cash-back offer. When I ordered the Sony a7r IV it was subject to a double cash-back offer. The 📸 was out of stock but the 42nd photo website said that retrospective claims would be honoured, as long as the order date was in the appropriate window. The camera eventually arrived and I went to claim the cash-back but the Sony website would not accept a retrospective claim. 42nd sales were very helpful and between them and Sony I was able to submit a claim. However, when it was processed it was only for the current single cash-back amount, not the double cash-back offer that was in place when I ordered it. I await 42nd photo/Sony resolution but it has made a good purchase experience feeling like I was duped.

  Came in to buy my first DSLR over at this numinous Temple of Photography at the heart of NY!😍😘 John, Kate, and Jonathan we’re so helpful and informative.   Fantastic camera! Great service! Very fast and responsive!!! My experience has been a great one with 42nd PHOTO. We bought a Nikon D850 as a gift and didn't know about 42nd PHOTO. . They had it to us in two days. We live in Utah, so it was amazing how fast they shipped from New York. Unfortunately, the camera had dust inside it. Which was odd because it was new and never been opened. So this was a manufacturer problem. I knew because I had taken it to get my sensor cleaned twice from an authorized Nikon camera shop. It still had dust. I returned it a week later. I called 42nd PHOTO and it took 5 minutes for me to state my reason and they processed it, and now they are shipping us a new one. This was so easy to do. They apologized and the representative listened. I couldn't have been more happy.

  Went there for the first time today. The visit was average. Staff was courteous, decent selection for the times. What disappointed me was the 2% charge for using my card. I know there is a charge from the merchant services provider, but seems a bit bush league to charge your customers. I probably won't return.

  My experience with 42nd STREET PHOTO was awful. I bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ300 camera and tested it when it came, However I was disappointed with image quality and sharpness. I returned the camera to get a replacement and I still haven't received a replacement yet. I'm just disappointed so far with the service!

  The experience you want and need. You can't ask for a more an easier way of doing things. Find the product, checkout, wait for delivery. The new expedited delivery was an added bonus. To receive my product in such a short time for free really is a steal. Seeing as how other retailers like Amazon charge an arm and a leg for such services is amazing.

  My previous GoPro HERO6 camera failed after many years service, about 2 years ago and Thanks to 42nd street photo for the replacement, I decided to go for a purchase with 42nd Street photo for two reason - the price, and free shipping.   I just Received my Canon 80D camera and couldn't be happier. I traded in my previous camera and a lens for the 80D and It's a very good camera for the price. I have used this camera mostly for birding photography and I like the quality of the photos I get, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I spent a good chunk of money and I cannot praise 42nd Street photo highly enough.
