  Excellent Product & Excellent Service I recently purchased a Canon 5D MK IV body; Cannon battery attachment, 2, 16 gig Compact Flash cards; an extended warranty for the 5D IV.   Camera in 1st order, lens and flashgun in 2nd order. Placed first order for a camera on the Friday that was priced a bit below similar major retailers and was speedily delivered on the Monday. Placed second order for a flashgun, and newly announced zoom lens which they were supplying with free filter. Called me to say flashgun not in stock and would break order into two and speedily delivered lens and filter in two days. They were later unable to get delivery date for supplies of the flashgun and so allowed me to cancel that part of order. So they were well priced and very prompt where they could be and ethical and my only criticism is that their website did not forewarn that the flashgun was not available from stock.

  so impressed with the Nikon Z6 II camera, The people at 42nd Street photo were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and the man who worked on the purchase with me taught me even more about the camera than I knew. I also did not know that 42nd offers free classes, Also the camera has different functions and It's various settings are amazing. I actually read the manual from start to finish and i am now learning to use it. The crispness of the picture, the focus, the quality of each image is amazing. I Highly recommended 42nd street photo.

  After I opened a new account, I did not have access to the card info to make a purchase. So I had to call the customer service number. My issue was with the representative. I had a lot of trouble understanding him, which made the experience stressful other than that everything was fine.

  Mixed Up Experience with this company Overall, the shopping experience was somewhat mixed. While I don’t expect 42nd photo to put a film through every camera that come in to check, they should not have missed the state of the light seals and at least cleaned the viewfinder before offering the Mamiya for sale. The FM3a experience was partly my fault but higher resolution photos on the website would have completely avoided my decision to purchase in the first place. Or indeed a worded line about an obvious flaw. On top of that, the photos often take forever to come on the screen or not at all when I was doing my shopping. They should look into that for a better shopping experience.

  Perfect service, great prices and super fast delivery! Ordered an R5 on a Sunday afternoon and received tracking information on the Monday. Next thing I know, the camera was delivered on Wednesday morning before midday. That's less than 3 days all the way from New York! Good communication from the company via email and no duty to pay, as yet... Will definitely be ordering from these guys again, their prices are unbeaten anywhere else.

  They sell top of the line Quick Release Plates & L-Brackets This Manfrotto quick release system is great. I lost my old quick-release plate, this 200LT-PL was the perfect replacement. It screws on and off really easily and clips in tightly to the tripod. Always have had great service, and will continue to use 42nd PHOTO as number one for all my photo needs.

  Picked out about 7k's worth of kit online but decided to go in-store to chat through. However, was basically ignored (not even a friendly "I'll just finished up here and be with you"). The shop only had two other customers in, so in the end I left to purchase elsewhere. Previously purchased some Drone propellers and acessories ($350 ) which fell to bits after about 6 months. When returning, was told, accusatively "looks like they've been used regularly" (as if I shouldn't have been using them regularly?). Always had good service prior to these two events (though admittedly that was a few years back) so may have been a couple of off days.

  Outstanding Camera and Service from 42nd Street photo, My Nikon D7500 camera arrived 2 days after the purchase. As with all my purchases from them the items were properly packed and arrived in the same condition they left the warehouse. I took around 1000 pictures with the D7500 and I'm very pleased with the overall experience. 42nd street photo is the best, I am constantly telling my friends to check out their site.

  As usual, 42nd street PHOTO ships so fast and makes buying so easy. Recently bought a C‑Stand light Kit and they had it delivered to my door in less than two days at the best price. I haven't had much of a chance to use it yet, but it’s much sturdier than my old stands, which is definitely what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the purchase and I will be their customer for life!

  Odd layout- they have transitioned from being one of the top technical camera shops into more of a generic electronics shop. Lovely staff, very helpful. Good selection of Leica TL/CL/SL, instant & compact Cameras and accessories. If you are serious about kit, go to ADORAMA around the corner.

  Solid computer for solid price 42nd Photo is the only place I could find that carried this specific version other than apple, and the shipping time for apple was like 6 weeks. I need a computer for school, and 42nd Photo was able to get me this computer in 3 days. They even gave me the same student discount that apple had!

  Exceptionally fast and accurate delivery! Despite ordering during the weekend my Sony NP-FW50 battery was delivered earlier than anticipated and I got clear emails for every step of the way during the delivery. I Shot a wedding recently and having the extra batteries really saved me from my embarrassing camera.   Over the last few months I’ve been busy getting into underwater photography and when I’ve been unsure of what I need I’ve rung the camera store and got the kind of advice I would expect to have to pay for. In fact it’s better than that, I’ve then been sold exactly what I need with delivery extremely quick sometimes direct from their supplier because they’ve not had stock.   Autel Drone EVO 2 Pro The EVO II PRO 6K quadcopter is amazing. Its performance has been rock solid and completely dependable. The bundle case and extra battery is a tremendous bargain.   Purchased a drone (DJI Mini 2) and it ended up having many serious issues, it got stuck in the sky at one point and wouldn't return. Camera smashed. They did refund me immediately. Picked up a lens from here, too, which came in a tampered and damaged box. Was offered a discount (about 3%) but when I took it home realised it was missing the carry case. It's a good store for browsing around in but I really can't recommend it because of the above. Pricing despite "deals" is not brilliant. Honestly just try out the stuff in store and buy on Amazon.

  The D750 represents (in my opinion) the best combination of features and performance available today for the dollar. All other essentials, battery, battery charger, et cet., were included. 42nd St Photo have been the trustworthy to buy your needed and good service too. I've had no issues with the camera whatsoever.   I weighed all the options of buying my Fujifilm X100V camera. Once I decided l then went ahead looking for best deal and 42nd Street photo had the best price and had a 24hrs customer support line which is very good, I can't believe how fast my order arrived, I absolutely love the Camera and all the stuff I received with it.   Staff are helpful Buy my "bits and pieces" there. Good for your basic photographers who maybe need a camera for holidays etc. But you do get in the representatives from Companies like Canon, Panasonic etc when they are in really good place to buy a camera, as the knowledge and advice are excellent.

  I have got this M1 MacBook for 1349$ with no tax and I am happy about that. I have tested this item with the apple team to check its originality and have found it good. I would recommend 42 st site if you wanted a customized Mac book in terms of specs. All the best

  I walked into the store today looking for a Sony Underwater Housing. I was never spoken to or acknowledged. I walked the entire store and even tried leaning in on some of the conversations going on and nothing.   Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM Lens I took the RF 100 - 500 out of the box and attached it to the R5 and took some excellent pictures. It all worked smoothly no issues at all. It arrived just in time for me to use it during our Christmas Eve services. It's been an absolute joy to use and 42nd Photo saved me from waiting months to get it from Canon's warehouse and had it in stock and showed up in 2 days. Love 42nd, best online retailer. Period!

  Terrible shipping boxes. My products shipped by FedEx often arrive in heavily damaged shipping boxes and it would seem appropriate for 42nd street photo to improve packaging of bulky orders being shipped to prevent unnecessary damage.

  I received my used Used Nikon D850 camera today and was a little scared because the box had been smashed on top but 42nd street photo did such a good job packaging the camera, so no damage was done. My camera is like brand-new. The shutter count was 157and It still takes great pics. I am always happy with my purchase and won't hesitate to use 42nd street photo again.

  Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 EZ Lens I purchased this lens as a replacement for the original that had worn out. I believe this newer lens is a little sharper than the original. I added a nice metal hood for protections. I am a senior and do a lot of hiking and the combo of this lens and the OMD EM 10 Mark III is hard to beat. I received this new lens in record time from 42nd PHOTO. Spectacular service!!
