  Ordered an item and was told that it would take 4 months to deliver. This is not good enough, stop wasting people's time. If you can't supply a product in a reasonable amount of time, don't advertise it.

  Excellent product and support. I bought a Canon imageCLASS MF232w laser printer from 42nd PHOTO at a significantly lower cost than I could find elsewhere. The product was delivered new and in the box within a few days as I would expect and is superb. At the time, Canon had a $140 cashback promotion on the printer which reduced the cost further and which I applied for directly through Canon. Canon also had an extended warranty to 3 years which I also applied for and was accepted. Both promotions required a valid serial number which was accepted. Canon did however have an issue with the order confirmation receipt from 42nd PHOTO which they did not accept as proof of purchase. I emailed 42nd PHOTO for support and literally within minutes Kate responded with an invoice which met Canon's requirements. So, my experience of this company is a brilliant product at a very competitive price, quickly delivered what they said they would and extremely efficient and helpful support. I would obviously not hesitate to buy from them again in future.

  Happy with my Fuji XF 27mm lens My Fuji XF 27mm f/2.8 lens arrived quickly and the condition was as described. It works fine, although it is a little hard to attach and detach to and from my Fuji X-T3 camera body. It works just fine, however, so no big deal.

  The lens arrived on time. The box was undamaged and the gear matches its Excellent rating. I'm disappointed that the focus ring is stiff, indicating that the lubricant is gummed up. I'm positive that 42photo will make it right.

  I was unaware of the additional charges (taxes, etc) for the delivery of the item outside of the US. As a result, there was a delay in obtaining the item as I decided to make some enquiries first. The represented demonstrated that the information was on the website but I believe it would have served well to share this information upon purchase of the item.

  I ordered an Insta 360 remote and as soon as the order was processed I received an email saying it was globally out of stock. When the item was back in stock they gave me a ring to check everything was good and sent it out straight away. Great comms and customer service!

  I have never bought from 42nd street photo before but I was recommended by a friend to try it out. I Ordered a Nikon D500 camera on Saturday evening. I Received an automated confirmation of the order immediately, then a confirmation of dispatch on Monday morning, together with a tracking number. I Tracked the delivery across the world, and it arrived on Wednesday morning - amazingly good service.

  Great full frame mirrorless camera! I'm a photography enthusiast, but this is not how I pay my bills. I work a full work week and do photography on the weekends and some evenings. Finally, i received my new Sony Alpha a7 Mark II mirrorless camera on Monday, February 28, 2022 via USPS. Great deal through 42nd PHOTO with the 28-70mm kit lens.   I sold a Fuji camera and lenses at a satisfactory price. My parcel was collected by a carrier at no charge to me. In a few days they emailed their offer, which I accepted, giving them my bank details for a bank transfer. They held my hand at every stage and it was all so easy! This is how selling online should be like. They get 100 percent…..and you can’t often say that!

  This would have been 5 stars if they had only used less packaging. I ordered a 16mm extension tube, so not particularly fragile. Unfortunately it arrived n an enormous box with a smaller box inside, all padded out with lots and lots of packaging. Otherwise a good price for a high quality item.

  Being new at this, I was grateful to land on 42nd Photo. After several (re: MANY!) hours of bridge cameras' research for a beginner child (with very beginner parents), and having finally found a Nikon COOLPIX B500 in stock that seemed to fit our needs and wants, I ended up on the phone with John to discuss expediting shipping to hopefully receive our order for Christmas. Not only was he extremely helpful and patient, but what I thought would be a quick question turned into a wonderful and very informative conversation. When I asked if he had particular suggestions, he was honest and helpful as to what was worthwhile and not for us. I feel like we have something very comprehensive to start with that suits our needs, and couldn't have a better introduction to offer to our child (and admittedly, us). I have no doubt that we have many moments of awe coming our way as we discover the landscaping above us. Thank you!

  They get it right more often than not! I have used 42nd Photo on a number of occasions experiencing mostly very good service. I placed an order mid pm Thursday and received notification that my lens would arrive the following Monday - so very good again. Delighted to say it arrived the Saturday before. So, first class service/delivery but most importantly the lens is wonderful!

  Tokina 14mm F2 I ordered a used Tokina 14mm F2 and when it arrived, I couldn't see any visible signs of use or dust. Looks new to me. Far cheaper than other used lenses I'd been looking at. My 1st purchase and I'm delighted and I will be looking here anything I require.

  Nikkor 200-500 As an aviation and nature photographer, I've wanted this NIKKOR 200-500 f/5.6E ED VR lens in my collection for some time. 42nd St PHOTO as always was very first class to work with, lens arrived much quicker than expected.   42nd Photo Customer Svc the Problem I have not used this camera yet, but there are a few issues I have run into with the customer service. This is an Import product and is not warranted by Nikon. 42nd themselves offers the same 1 year warranty, but this is not clear in the product description unless you click some obscure links. I think that this should be more clearly explained before purchasing. So, they open the box and remove the warranty card from the packaging.

  The one stop shop with very competitive prices I just bought the Photoflex collapsible diffuser from 42photo, waiting for it to be delivered. I recently bought the 600ex-rt flash, a flash bracket, a hot shoe cord and a camera bag and the prices was good. As a matter of fact, that is where I bought most of my camera gear.   I needed help with a monopod question and someone named Jonathan H: understood completely what I was asking and gave me fantastic help in a kind, pleasant and informative way ( 42ndPHOTO should give him two six month vacations with pay ) . There web site is also spot on and I have found 42ndPHOTO so far the only photo house to allow you to enlarge the product image on many of their products to a large size which is great for product inspection. 42ndPHOTO is a comfortable , friendly and reputable company to do business with.

  SJCAM Action Camera. Bought this camera a few months ago off 42nd street photo, and for the price, the camera is amazing. I have used it under water and outdoors a lot so far for my trips. No complaints so far! The video quality is great, and equals or surpasses my $400 Go Pro. It's Totally worth every penny.

  I was looking for a camera I could use to get some video of my son at the plate in his baseball games. I also wanted some video of him on the mound. The Mirrorless cameras were simply too much for what I was going to be using it for. I later found the Nikon D850 on 42nd street photo and decided to give it a try.
