  Sony Alpha 1 Order- First Class Service Ordered a Sony Alpha 1, extra battery and memory cards from 42nd Photo. Ordered on the Tuesday one week and had arrived by 10am the following Monday morning.   This is my third Canon RF L-series lens bought through 42nd Photo (I've also bought a Canon EOS R kit) and each transaction has always passed without any hiccups. Post-Covid19, I was concerned about possible tax being due (we've had a few shocks with things ordered from New York after Governor Cuomo's latest move) but, as they reassured me, the latest lens (14-35 f4 L) arrived promptly, with no import taxes to pay. I've saved a lot of money by buying all this from 42nd Photo.

  Great experience I had compared prices at my local camera stores and also online but heir price was the best, plus free delivery, From ordering to delivery the whole process was very quick.   Great Online Company. The Website was very easy to use and delivery was very quick. I placed my order on Monday and they shipped it within some hours. I later received my Pentax K-70 camera the next day which is working perfectly and it's my first DSLR where I can use all of my lenses in manual mode as well as the new digital autofocus lenses, It will take a bit to become fully proficient with some of the functions but the results are very good so far. Great service, will use 42nd street photo again

  What an awesome flash! I’m a wedding photographer and i wanted something with a faster recycle time and allowed fast mods to be added and so i went with the Godox V1 Flash. The website was easy to navigate and the delivery time was prompt. I tested the flash with my camera the other day and I find it to be a valuable and a well performing tool that I am really happy to have purchased. No issues whatsoever with the service

  Really happy with my purchase. My Canon 80D camera was delivered really quickly too and works perfectly.   I never leave negative reviews but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I ordered a Ricoh GR III Digital Camera and tried to cancel my order. Their customer service is nonexistent. I called them, as the website told me to, and got no response. I sent two live chats, which were supposedly answered after 1 business day, yet got no response on those either. Do not use this service.

  Placing the order was simple enough and the delivery was on time but the Sony FDR-AX53 camcorder did not meet my expectations and the video looked so ordinary that I decided to return it. In addition, I also found the viewfinder to be of very little use and of poor quality. I am still waiting for my refund.

  Fantastic Service and great company to deal with. Their website made it easy to find what I required. The order was fulfilled within the time state and Canon EOS R was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, I have had the camera about two weeks and have shot a few hundred of photos and It's compatible with a ton of lenses and the native RF glass is incredible. That said I have zero regrets with this purchase.

  Good and honest advice from them and placed an order being assured that everything was in stock. Only once I had paid I received an email telling me that one of the main items in the order was actually out of stock and I would have to wait for this.   Awesome experience. The service is second to none and the products are knockout. The LEE filter system is every bit as good as Nikon. The filter holder is engineered to perfection and the filters are optically superb. There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to fully do 42nd Photo justice.

  Seagate 2TB This is my second Seagate USB 3.2 Gen 1 External Hard Drive and because of the reliability of the first one I purchased this one. The Seagate External Hard drives have never let me down. I can highly recommend these to others because of the reliability I have experienced. And, 42nd St Photo is the place to buy from. I have found the 42nd St Photo order, shipping, and customer service to be outstanding. Easy to place and check the status of orders. Even in the early days of Covid shipping went out on time. Customer service has been professional and very responsive. One time I placed an order and used the wrong credit card. Later that day I realized my mistake so I called 42nd Photo's Customer Service and they put things right while I was on the phone. 42nd Photo carries quality products like this Seagate External Hard Drive. Great product and great store!

  Review of Pentax K-1 Mark II DSLR Body with Battery Grip The K-1ii is the finest DSLR Pentax has made and may be among the most solid, feature rich DSLRs from any company. The images are exquisite and the camera controls allow the photographer complete control over the final image. Add the 42nd St Photo great service and it becomes a no-brainer. It's well packed and fastest delivery.

The item itself is made very well and completely of metal, no cheap plastic parts. It also comes in a little protective cloth bag.

  Today my husband and I went into purchase a filter for his Canon camera and there was about 5 staff on and my husband was told he would have to wait and be seen by the manager as the staff didn't know what my husband needed. In most times we've gone into this shop its the same treatment staff all hanging around doing not a lot and not very helpful when your asking for advice. Im very disappointed with the service that you receive in this shop and this will be the last time I visit this store to be treated like this. I believe the owner bought this shop over to save the store what i cant understand how this store makes him any profit and its about time he came in and checked the store over to see what he's paying his staff for.

  The online ordering service was far superior to the in-store experience. The online ordering service was excellent. I placed my order one day and received it the next. In store service is less than satisfactory; I was passed to a 'Sony expert' who knew very little about Sony lenses and had an extremely short attention span.

  There are many online stores to buy this and that, for me what it boils down to is trust, that I will receive my products and that if mistakes are made (either by me or from whom I am ordering) that it will be taken care of in a timely manner and it is backed by stellar customer service. 42nd St Photo provides all of the above. I like most anyone want the best deal for my money, however I feel that 42nd St Photo prices are competitive and sometimes shockingly reasonable, so with the peace of mind that comes with consistent customer service, paying a little more every now and then is well worth the cost of doing business with 42nd St Photo. The only reason I do not shop at 42nd St Photo exclusively in the realm of my profession is due to they do not carry the product I require and/or shipping times (east coast to west coast) dictate the purchase based on how fast I need those item(s). 42nd St Photo take many holidays during the year, however they are well deserved at least from my standpoint. A lifelong customer and thank you 42nd St Photo!

  A Great Buy I wanted to reduce the weight and bulk of my tripod and, on the recommendation for a friend, I bought 3 Legged Thing Punks Travis. My initial reactions are very favorable as it is certainly smaller and lighter than its predecessor without apparent compromise on build quality or sturdiness. On top of this it was offered at a very competitive price by 42nd Photo.

  The Sony A7R IV camera I ordered late on a Sunday night arrived within the hour specified in an e-mail on the Tuesday morning. It was double packed in a large box well protected with 'airbags'. The camera totally deserved its 9 rating and appears to be nearly new. In all, superb value and impeccable packaging and delivery.

  Experience great until delivery. DHL are hyper variable depending on region so be sure you won't get Jonathan who I got who marked my address as "unfindable" which was odd as he did it when the app said he was at least 5 stops away. "Next day". Not feeling the $15.95 value of next day delivery when you let them not even attempt delivery.
