  I bought Tamron 150-600mm lens. It was very nice and clean lens as described. The only down thing was that the lens did not come with tripod collar. However 42nd PHOTO explained that as it was not shown in the photos then it was not included. And that showed in the price that was less than normal. So all in all very good service and I am happy. Thanks.

  A highly recommended online company. Sourced an 5DSR body from this company. Helpful info about the product given over the phone and once the order placed via the website it arrived very promptly and safely wrapped.   Good Overall, it was a good experience. Customer service was top notch, promptly responding to enquiries. However, I didn't like the fact that my order was changed(I ordered Leica D-Lux 7 but a day after I placed my order, I got an email that silver color was out of stock and I should select a different color. I didn't expect it to be available for me to order if it was out of stock). Also, delivery was delayed by 6days but I was compensated 5% of my purchase which is fair enough. Thank you 42nd PHOTO!

  Canon EF-M 50-200MM lens I am very pleased with the new lens 50-200mm that I purchased from 42nd PHOTO. It came really quickly and was well protected in MANY layers of packaging. The only thing I would have liked was the Canon box, but I understand that when they purchase in bulk, they do this to bring the customer the most competitive price available. I will definitely check 42nd PHOTO before I order anywhere else.

  Look no Further than 42nd Photo I am very happy with the Sony A7R iiia. I use it as my second body. I photography live music events and can't take the time to change lenses. This camera has worked very well in that environment. 42nd Photo continues to provide resources via email to help me get familiar with my camera and take my skills to new levels.   Excellent I have a great experience with 42photo. Bought a Tamron 17-70mm f/2.8 for Sony apsc e-mount camera, it cheaper than my local camera store. The item came from NY and it is for US and Canada market ( I live in Toronto). Very fast shipping, it took 3 days to arrive with DHL courier, from New York to Vancouver , fantastic! The lens was original brand new in sealed box, it arrived in excellent condition. They also give 7 years warranty for Tamron and Sigma lenses. Highly recommended it.

  Bad service The purchase of a lens that was advertised as having the hood and case , but arrived without . On enquiring why this had occurred the attitude of the staff was that I was wrong and had imagined it , despite having a screen shot of the product page. This was amended by them sending the hood through later but I did explain it was a major inconvenience using an ultra wide angle lens in direct sunlight for paid work .

  Seamless experience.   Nikon camera with non US compatible charger? i order a new D5600 . i was amazed by the speed of delivery but unfortunately, it came with no US charger and they send the adapter, so if I need to change as a kit I need the charger and the adapter it thinks paying more than 390 dollars for the camera deserves to have a US charger.

  Received the lens last week after 4 days delay in shipping. The lens arrived shattered and I found it very difficult to return. I was asked for multiple pictures and it took days to receive a response. It now seems I was still charged an amount for pick up which doesn't make sense. So disappointing!

  I purchased a Fuji X-T4 from 42photo. They were amazing to deal with and responded very quickly to my questions. I was nervous at first since it's a relatively new company, but they delivered as promised. It was cheaper than anywhere else and I wanted a silver version of the camera that no one seemed to have in stock. It came within the three to five day time frame I was given. It was very well packaged with no dents or dings on the box. I would highly recommend them and I'll be purchasing from them in the future.

  I received my new camera and its not working. I've spent the entire day and night on YouTube trying to figure it out to no avail. Tried to reach out their customer service but they are totally pathetic. No courtesy and they don't want to solve issue. Their answer is 'send your product. We will fix it 60 days of time. They are just nothing but scammers and liars and I advise the whole world not to deal with them under any circumstances.

  Panasonic LUMIX FZ300. I found the whole experience easy and informative throughout the process from start to finish. My initial order was a Panasonic LUMIX FZ80, however, I cancelled the order for a higher spec camera. My order was processed faster and delivered in just over a week. I tested the camera out and was extremely impressed with the huge number of improvements in the camera over the FZ80, the camera has much better build quality and It has many features that I haven't used yet, but the pictures I've taken are outstanding. I'm very grateful for this shopping experience.

  Wonderful Service, Quick Shipping My Canon EOS 4000D was shipped roughly one week after I ordered and delivered within 2 days of it being dispatched with a lot of packaging for security and product safety, the camera takes some amazing quality photos as well as some amazing video! I was skeptical about it but I am surely happy with my purchase because it is lightweight enough to record videos for my YouTube channel. It's always a great experience.   Absolute worst company ever! The drone they delivered to us had clearly had been crashed by someone they previously sent it to. They wrapped masking tape around it, shoved it back in the box and returned it, after charging us hundreds of dollars for what was supposed to be a new drone. We opened it and the Condition was unbelievably shocking, We sent the drone back and have yet to be refunded or given a replacement and it has been about 2 weeks.

  So happy with my new Monopod. The ordering process via the website was so easy. From ordering to delivery only took 5 days. 42nd street photo prices are totally unbeatable from what I found that’s why I chose them. The build quality is superb, and it came very securely packed.   The camera that I received was dirty both outside and inside the camera and lens. Out of the box it took terrible pictures. I reset the camera settings and I spent time cleaning the camera and lens. The pictures look much better now but Just be careful when you are buying a used camera from them.

  Always knowledgeable advice I recently bought a new monitor from 42nd PHOTO. I consulted with their advisers beforehand and they were both knowledgeable and gave helpful advice. I have been using 42nd PHOTO for almost 20 years and have always received good service and find their prices competitive.

  Problem after Problem with 42nd St. Photo Over the last month or so I've ordered 5 lens from 42ndPhoto. The first shipment was so poorly packaged that the filters had come out of their cases. I "chatted" with a support agent and was told that for a few scratches it wasn't worth the risk of returning the shipment. Then I had to go through the hassle of returning a new Tamron 35mm lens to Tamron for a firmware update. This lens was not compatible with Tamron Tap-In which came out 2 years ago, so either the lens was made before then or they are using firmware from 2 years ago. Bottom line, it will take an addition 2-3 weeks before I have my lens. Then I purchased a lens that had a price reduction within 30 days but was told that I didn't qualify for that reduction even though you advertise this price protection. Each time I purchase something through you guys it never seems to go smoothly and I seem to be the one that is inconvenienced or worse! I just placed an order for the Really Right Stuff tripod but went directly to the manufacturer. I think this will be my last order with 42nd Photo and I will start using manufacturer websites or purchasing locally.

  Manfrotto my be more expensive but they do seem to be worth the extra. This has long been my impression, built up over the years and recently they would seem to be marketing more aggressively. As a result the prices of many items (when on offer) come down significantly. It therefore seems pointless not to take advantage of these offers, if you need the products in question.

  Customer Satisfied The GH4 is capable of producing really quality images. For video producers, indie filmmakers, vloggers, etc. It is also a great body for taking photos.   My old DSLR had died & I couldn't find a suitable replacement in the big box stores. After advice from 42nd street photo, I settled on a Nikon D850 & placed an order. The new camera arrived within 4 days & was very well packed. The camera has vastly surpassed my expectations. And buying it from 42nd street photo has just made the purchase that much better.   Excellent customer service Ordered R5 in September received it in February. Not the fault of 42nd PHOTO. They responded quickly to every enquiry by both telephone and email. Always polite and knowledgeable. I will be making further purchases with 42nd PHOTO without hesitation.

  Tamron 35-150mm f/2.8-4 Di VC OSD Lens I saw what I wanted, I paid and it was delivered efficiently. I thought it was a bit over priced but never the less glad I got the lens. The lens was well packed and seemed in good condition. I didn't like the fact that soon after receiving my lens, they were suddenly advertising on Facebook, which seems a bit too much of a coincidence not to be connected. I shopped here because it was local for me, so I could always go in to them if there was a problem, but luckily there have been no problems.

  Fast support and delivery I’m impressed by the 42photo Support team. A part on my Gopro was broken so I contacted the support. In only 3 days I had been through the whole system, and a spare part was already delivered to me. In note, I was the slow factor in the progress. The supporters had a friendly but professional tone. Overall I’m very impressed: 10/10.

  I received the camera after about 3 days, which is satisfactorily fast. It was packed very well and safely. Everything worked without a problem, Although I am sure it will take me an year or more to get the feel of all the great features, I am sure it will last me quite a few years. The basic features are really user friendly and accessible- the screen is perfect size and the quality of video is amazing. Overall I am super happy with it and glad I made the jump to mirrorless. 42nd street photo is an excellent company to work with and their customer service is outstanding!

  Excellent Value and Great Products! I recently ordered a Gopro 8 black for $299.00 and given some reviews on Google, I was more than a little worried that I might experience difficulties. I'm pleased to report it arrived via UPS as promised in 3 days from the company's headquarters in New York and I'm really pleased with it. UPS tracking worked fine and it was a really smooth transaction! Great value and speedy delivery!

  I have purchased several cameras over recent years however this time I was trading in a large amount of equipment so shopped around and found they gave excellent prices. On each of the three transactions they arranged collection via UPS who gave a 1 hour collection slot. The following morning 42nd Photo confirmed receipt of the items and processed the payment via PayPal. The funds arrived in my bank the following day for all three of the transactions. The team at the Manhattan store who I dealt with via e-Mail are excellent and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending 42nd PHOTO and they will be my first choice for all my photography needs in the future.

  Trading in to buy a new lens made very simple! 42nd Photo gave me some really fair prices for some old kit that I was trading in towards the cost of a new Tamron 90mm Macro. Their speedy service throughout the whole process was excellent and I will certainly be using them again.

  Room for improvement I found the website cumbersome to use and not particularly intuitive. Once the order was dispatched, tracking worked reasonably well, although slow to update. Packaging was inadequate: the outer box was impact-damaged, with the inner (product) box also damaged. Surprisingly the product itself was not damaged. I note that you have replied to my review and would point out that it is inappropriate to address me using an incorrect first name.

  Problems of incompatibility This is a well made but of kit but....and it's a serious but, I had understood that this would take a Arca-Swiss camera bracket. But it's the old chestnut. They only want you to buy more stuff, so you have to buy their pesky bit of kit. Wouldn't be brilliant if this well made but of kit fitted the Arca-Swiss design which differs by a few mm. So build warrants 5 stars, but due to lack of compatibility drops down to 4.

  Fast delivery of a good value SD card. This card arrived quickly and is working well. I have not tested the read and write speed specifically, but I notice no difference in use from the other, more expensive and established memory card brand SD cards that I have, including for recording 4k mp4 proxy clips on a Canon R5.

  A positive review (!) Just echoing a couple of the Canadian customers positive reviews below. It seems the customs issues are now being sorted based on my own experience this week. I ordered GoPro HERO10 Monday afternoon and received on Thursday so the order actually arrived earlier than 42photo had stated it would. There were no Customs charges.

  Great products but bad support! Everything, really EVERYTHING costs extra money!!! Case of the charging cradle broke during warranty (by itself, no fall etc.!). Live parts were visible! However, was not replaced free of charge!

  Ordered 4 ink cartridges for my Canon printer. Three came quite quickly. Still waiting for the fourth. I only became aware of the out of stock cartridge after the order was finalized. If It was shown as out of stock I would have delayed the order. In the meantime I have paid for 4 cartridges but can’t do any printing.

  I am disgusted Everything good about the product was clearly displayed, but there was no information saying that the camera is literally useless nowadays. It can't be connected to a PC because you can no longer get the software or firmware needed, which makes a digital camera have ZERO use. If I am going to spend my money then I want to know what I am buying. I will not recommend this site.
