  Purchased a Sony Alpha A7R IIIA and Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Art Lens. Was a bit nervous using a company I haven't dealt before with given high value of order but Trustpilot reviews were good. Items listed in stock have always been in stock, which is more than I can say for some other companies.   Very easy to deal with, my only concern was that after I sent my equipment I got the final quote which was less than the original quote which I accepted but there was no explanation as to why it was reduced, other than that the new camera I chose was in stock and delivered free the following day so overall a simple process.

  OM OM-1 camera with 12-40mm f/2.8 lens purchase I had a few queries regarding this camera and received detailed answers within a very short time which was impressive. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the sales staff to handle. There were constant updates regarding delivery and camera arrived on exactly the day stated. The competitive price would certainly rule out any future purchases being made from the "usual" high street and online suppliers !! Overall a great company to deal with and a camera I am thrilled with. Great result.

  Canon R3 I pre-ordered my Canon EOS R3 Mirrorless Digital Camera in September 2021 and finally received it two weeks ago. I waited for months for this camera to arrive and AT LAST it's here!!! I just love it. During the long back-order process, I felt 42nd St. Photo was with me every step of the way sending me notices on the status of my order.   Epson Expression XP-15000 This printer replaced an Epson Artisan 1430 printer that unexpected died. I did a significant amount of research before settling on this photo printer and with 42nd Photo's easy on-line ordering I purchased one on a Monday and had it on my front porch Wednesday afternoon. Set up was relatively easy with no problems encountered. The Rep at 42nd Photo was very professional and knowledgeable. This is everything the description says it is!!!! I have had multiple wide format printers over the years and this is the reason I stay with Epson and 42nd Photo! Awesome!!!!!! Absolutely pleased with this purchase!

  Plenty of stock, guy really knows his stuff and could have sold me something 3 x the price but didn’t. I don’t know anything about the Bino-monocular world so it was nice to have someone not upsell me and give me exactly what I needed. If you need to see further than your eyes will normally manage, this is the shop for you.

  0rdered a nikon 70-200 f2.8s from 42photo a while back and man it took absolutely ages to get to me ive emailed and contacted through their website, to be fair i got a quick reply to tell me there was a delay everywhere (and there was i knew this) also got a monthly generic email saying there was a dely but eventually i got it and im very happy with it , ive just ordered the dji mini 3 pro wth rc and i know im in for a wait so look forward to a monthly email again but i know i will get it eventually a little bit of patience is all thats needed sometimes :)

  They are terrible at informing you of when the delivery will arrive, who will deliver it, lack of tracking, where the item is at any given time, and customer service could be a lot better. Just feel like I am kept in the dark. Not helpful at all basically for ease of mind....

  Friendly and helpful, but not over enthusiastic customer service. I explained that I was recovering from a stroke, but no ovpffer was made to fit the support strap to the pair of binoculars I had just purchased. Due to a left hand side limb weakness I experienced a great difficult in fitting the supplied loose strap and at one point would have gladly returned the binoculars. I think that it is absolutely ridiculous that the strap was not supplier fitted and that this service should be offered to all customers in the future

  I brought my Hasselblad down to the store for servicing on Monday. It was all fixed up on Wednesday, and I received it in the mail this morning (Friday). The staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant. 42nd St. Photo was recommended to me by another Hasselblad user, and I would definitely recommend them to others as well.

  I pre-purchased my camera. I waited for him for 3 months. He finally came. After a week, unfortunately, it broke. I waited another 4 weeks for a repair, but it's ok. Waiting and the fault was not the fault of 42nd Street Photo but of the manufacturer - I watched this product all over the world. I recommend 42nd Street Photo and the products sold there. The service is very fine

  They claim to offer a warranty but this is completely false. I could not get my camera repaired by the manufacturer because 42nd street photo are not a licensed dealer and when i sent it back to them for repair they initially accepted the claim. Then 2 months later claimed it was irreparable and offered me half the price i paid.

  Great service, helpful online staff Have used the shop when it was in NJ always had great service from the staff. So it has continued with the online store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were helpful in solving the issue with the item and sorting out the fund. I would use 42nd St. PHOTO again

  This website is decent and reliable. Only problem with my delivery was that my delivery was delayed for almost two weeks due to supplier delays and I wasn't notified until I contacted them. Other than that, the products delivered are good quality

  Unexpectedly quick delivery I was trying to get hold of the Fuji X100V and they're hard to find. I checked with 42nd Photo and cust.serv told me probably two months so I ordered with the condition I could cancel right up until shipping. The icing on the cake' thing turned up 5 days later

  Love the Camera and Love the Purchasing Experience I did my homework and narrowed my choice for a Nikon DX DSLR to replace my 12 year old D70s down to the D7500 and the D500. I finally decided on the 500, even though some $700 more, due to the differences in the feature set. Sure, they may not be as different as price suggests, but for the overall package and probably the only chance I'll have to go top-of-the-line, I'm really happy with my choice. I've shot only some 100 pictures and am delighted with the results. Our lighthouse, long-distance views of the Olympic mountains and forests look noticeably better than what I shot with the 70s just the week before the 500 arrived. As for 42nd street photo, I go with them every time over brand A due to the personal touch of connecting with staff, the free-and-fast shipping and return/adjustment policy (which I haven't needed). I will use them for my future photographic needs and, based on my experience, can thoroughly recommend them.

  Simply amazing. I ordered a Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 lens for my Canon 90D on a Tuesday, and it arrived well sealed with bubble wraps and a bag within 2 days. I would totally buy many more in this website, it's my trusted supplier now. :)
