  I bought a Skywatcher 200p OTA telescope to do astrophotography for $260. It was roughly $100 cheaper than most other retailers and it works brilliantly, much bigger and heavier than I thought. I would definitely use 42PHOTO again.

  Lens purchase Purchased a fairly expensive Tamron camera lens. It was delivered promptly, and I am delighted with the lens. Unfortunately, I was over charged by $12.50. When I queried this, the pleasant and helpful agent explained that sometimes this occurs when an item has free delivery. The $12.50 was refunded immediately. I went from irritated to appreciative.

  Superb Service Bought a Davis & Sanford TR654C-36 tripod that was on sale. The price was so much cheaper than elsewhere that I was a little nervous! The whole purchasing experience was superb. Great communication and quick delivery of a perfect item. Ordered at 9:30am got a shipping email at 11:49 and received the tripod the next day. I would not hesitate to use 42PHOTO again.

  I ordered a Sony a6600 and after 1 month of mailing and promises I didn't receive it. Then I asked for a refund and I received my money after 1 week. This experience was frustrating because the camera was the present for my wife's birthday. I can't recommend this company.

  Easy to order and prompt dispatch, but no batteries included with Minolta MN53 and worse, the instruction leaflet doesn't even say what batteries are required. I bought 2 used OEM batteries as they looked about right and they do fit.

  Good website and very reasonable prices Bought some 120mm film from 42PHOTO and found their pricing incredibly reasonable in comparison to other retailers. The item is good but wish there was a quicker way to add multiple items to your basket without just adding the same item separately twice; a small critique however which didn’t majorly detract from the shopping experience.

  I was looking for a 4K camera and came across 42photo.com, I phoned them as I had a couple of questions regarding equipment and delivery etc. They were very helpful and informative, the camera arrived the day before, which gave me time to get used to all the controls and settings.   Prior to ordering my Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8, Greg was super helpful with any queries and quick to respond. service was great, they sent the lens early to ensure it arrived in time and any issues on arrival could be resolved (there weren't any) The lens itself was well protected, in good condition and i had no problems during my ordering process. Cannot recommend this company enough.

  Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 First off, 42nd street photo got the lens to me quickly. And I threw the lens on right away. Shooting with a Canon 90D, the pictures looks amazing. The bokeh the lens produces is amazing. I love the way this lens makes my photos look in low light. Also works amazing with off-camera lighting equipment. I'm excited to use it more often. I will buy from 42nd street photo again.

  Brilliant service and equipment. From beginning to end it was excellent service. The camera came very well packaged and quickly, Being my first Sony camera the experience has been great. I have been testing out the autofocus system by taking photos of my yellow lab at full gallop. The camera nails focus every time. I'm using flexible spot medium with the drive mode set to high. I am really happy with it. Battery life is great and the pictures and videos look fantastic. Cannot recommend this company enough.

  I never had any issues with any purchases I have done through B&H. I have bought the following till today from 42nd street photo: canon EOS 5D MK3, canon 70-200L f/2.8, canon 100-400L, canon T&S 90mm, canon 17-40mm, Fujifilm X Pro-1, Fuji 35mm and few other accessories. I can say I never had any issues with their delivery or quality of products shipped or their dealings with me. I am quite happy with my purchases from 42nd street photo.

  The customer service at 42nd street photo was great. I ordered a Sony a7 IV with accessories Kit and had the everything in 2 days. The items arrived in the original packaging with little to no damage on the box itself. All the wires were included wrapped in original Sony packaging with manual included. I couldn't believe the gold mine I struck for the price I purchased the camera for.

  Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 Not only did it arrive on time as promised but also the buying experience at 42nd street photo is always easy and flawless. This is an amazing lens that can't be topped.   worked on an order for several days...then come to find out 42nd Photo cant ship cameras with lithium batteries to TX. surely the location of consumers can be picked up from something in the meta tags of the html and then let customers know when the problem item goes into the cart rather than an error check on the order followed by a "there was a problem with you order, we can't ship batteries to Houston"

  From beginning to end, it's a seamless experience. The camera was in perfect condition. The ordering process is really user-friendly and the packaging was excellent.   From my first enquiry to the final delivery, the service from 42nd street photo was excellent. It's unusual these days to be able to contact a company and have your call answered quickly and have your enquiries dealt with with enthusiasm, friendliness and efficiency, but 42nd street photo seem to have all that. The camera was first class and two charged batteries and a high capacity SD card meant it was ready to go as soon as it arrived. I'd recommend them 100% and will definitely be using them again.

  Excellent service. I was looking for some GoPro products and after some consideration decided to buy from 42PHOTO rather than GoPro direct as I had heard a lot of poor reviews. I did pay more however got what I wanted, ordered on the Friday was told delivery would be the next Monday but arrived the following day (Saturday). The phone was answered immediately and a couple of email responded to straight away, excellent customer service. Thank you to Kate and Jonathan. I would certainly recommend 42PHOTO.

  Great company to deal with. I would have no hesitation to purchase from again in future. I bought a brand new Meike 50mm T2.1 FF-Prime Cine Lens for the price of a used one. Takes up to 14 days to arrive but this is very clearly stated from the beginning. Lens arrived on 10th or 11th day. 3 years warranty from 42nd Photo on this product for peace of mind. Lens is exactly as described, in brand new perfect condition. Love the lens. I, like others, were a bit nervous about buying from a company I’d never purchased from previously. Garry's communication was great throughout & as I said, lens arrived within the expected timeframe. The money I saved was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

  I ordered a Sony a7 II with a 28-70mm Lens Kit to go on safari and it enabled me to get some fantastic shots which would have been impossible otherwise. The customer service was very good - I was given advice on the best option, and the kit was in excellent condition.   42PHOTO has made it difficult to buy products over the years. I still like to support them instead of buying at Amazon but I've had to do so much driving back and forth to Fed Ex because of their signature policy I try not to use them for big ticket purchases.

  They lack professionalism. When purchasing a Logitech C920s HD Pro webcam from them, they did not indicate on the product description page that the item was out of stock. The only reason I bought from them was because I thought they had the item in stock and ready to ship. It so happens I waited almost a year to get the product. I ended up buying from another company months later.

  Canon RF 1200mm f/8 L IS USM Lens Slight delay but finally got a backordered product for sports photography contract with FIFA. So far 42nd St. Photo has served me well. I have spent thousands of dollars there on camera equipment. No problems. Lets see how this will perform in Qatar 2022 FIFA World cup. I highly recommend them. The website is great.

  Canon EF-M Adapter for EF/EF-S Lenses The Canon EF-M Lens Adapter does exactly what I need it to do. I find that there is little to no quality that is lost using this accessory. Will definitely get the speed booster soon! As usual with Canon accessories, its a bit over-priced for what it is. I got a great deal on this adapter from 42photo.
