  OM-Camera woes. I was about to give up with OM and my OM-5, we made the trip over to 42PHOTO and explained my situation, Jonathan & John were superb, even gave up their breakfast to sort my issue, within half an hour they sorted it.   Good deals, good products, a good website. 42PHOTO offers good deals on good products. This time I'm getting 50% off professional tech gloves Yesterday, I got a good deal on an esoteric Niceyrig Baseplate with Rosettes. Their website is easier to use and is better than most; it recognizes my credit card is a VISA from its number alone, and it knows that Massachusetts doesn't tax low-priced accessories.

  Huge variety, fair price and fantastic service. My No. 1 source for professional equipment since I went into business 20 years ago. They have it all... from the simple connector to hi-end camera equipment. Photo, video, sound and more. Their website is very informative, sometimes even more so than the manufacturer's themselves. On top of that 42PHOTO has a fantastic staff. For that and more, they have my business.

  Absolutely terrible I will never buy from you again ! You sent a broken camera then told me I have to wait maybe 10 days for collection. And won’t get a replacement until you receive the broken one. You take our money quick enough though.

  I recently ordered a Nikon D610. The camera needed to be returned only because it had the wrong software load on it. 42nd street photo was great to work with. They received the original camera back and replaced it with no problems what so ever. I would definitely buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. I wish all companies were this easy to work with

  I highly recommend 42PHOTO. Good selection of used equipment at reasonable prices. I found both camera and lens descriptions were very accurate. I purchased a Nikon Df DSLR Camera with 50mm f/1.8 Lens and I'm more than happy. I will most certainly be using 42PHOTO again.

  True professional photography store: I just bought mirrorless camera with a 18-105mm lens bundle.   My new Sony Alpha a99 arrived in good time, was well packaged. Worked right out of the box. So far so good. With the holidays behind us. I will have some time to get to know what and where I will be able to go with the camera. I have never had a problem with any Sony equipment that I have bought from 42nd street photo, What a great way to start the new year!

  While shopping for a camera I compared prices on the web. After checking with several sites 42photo.com had the best price. The website was very easy to get around, so it was easy for me to order the camera I wanted. The website also made it easy for me to order the accessories I will need for my camera. Customer service called me to double check on my address. Just making sure my camera would be mailed to the right address. I have already told several of my friends and family about 42photo.com

  Excellent service was provided by 42PHOTO. I received a Kodak PixPro from them regarding dispatch prior to a bank holiday. There was concern regarding the two remainder batteries that I had ordered being left in the couriers warehouse longer that necessary over the weekend. I readily agreed for a later dispatch date as suggested by 42PHOTO staff. I was impressed by their attention to detail and found them extremely professional.

  Very happy with my purchase I purchased a pre-owned ex-demo Sony Alpha a99 DSLR from them at a competitive price. I was a little hesitant about buying ex demo, but they came across as professional and the items were subsequently dispatched the next day. Arrived via DHL in a given hour time slot and they could have been new. Perfect. Boxed up as new and no sign they’d been used.   I have been doing business with 42nd street photo for 10 years. I have purchased canon digital cameras that take quality snap shots and video. I have purchased SD cards, for my cameras as well as microphone cables & microphones for my Drama class. I have never received damaged product, I receive them with free shipping in the time predicted at the time of the order. I would highly recommend them as your photo-video provider.

  No Need to Bother with Any Other Retailer I've been buying from 42nd street photo for years. At one point I thought, maybe I should try other vendors just to see if their prices are better. So I searched online and found a good deal on a Canon camera at some small online shop. They sent the camera without the battery and several other accessories were missing as well. So while their price technically was cheaper than 42nd street photo, it wasn't a quote for a plug and play setup. In the end, 42nd street photo may look slightly more expensive, but you get everything you need right in the box, no strings attached. And if something isn't right, they're very reasonable and reliable with returns.

  The camera was shipped the same day I ordered it and it arrived in plenty of time for my daughter's trip. While other places offered the camera for the same price, 42nd street photo included a memory card, two extra batteries, a second charger and a memory card to boot, Couldn't be happier.   Lumix gh6 Ordered a Lumix gh6 and Leica Vario-Summilux 25-50mm f/1.7 lens from 42PHOTO for a cheaper price than retailers such as BH Photo and Sammy's. Quality of the phone is great and at such a great price, I can’t complain. I received the phone exactly a week after ordering it and the only thing i can say is that I only wish i was updated on its whereabouts. However, after emailing them, I was able to do so.

  Good service Purchased an a D500 but unfortunately wasn't able to go ahead with the purchase due to work circumstances. After I emailed requesting to stop the order within 24 hours I was contacted and kept up to date with the the refund. Very good service and I will definitely use in future when I'm in need of a mobile phone. Price was considerably low as well when compared to other retailers.

  I Was sent a faulty camera. I fully tested and reported the fault within 2 hours of receiving. It's now 1 week, 16 emails and many promises later and I'm still waiting for a replacement that was promised the day after reporting the fault.

  Absolutely brilliant customer service. I was looking for a Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 ASPH Lens that was no longer being manufactured and therefore difficult to find. I had called and emailed some well known electrical retailers that would have previously stocked the item and got either no reply or a negative reply. Then I found 42PHOTO, I sent an email, got an immediate response with very helpful information and within a week they had managed to source the item I was looking for. Difficult to find better prices for photo equipment than here, especially since it's tax free for me outside of New York. Recently purchased additional lenses - the Nikon 28mm f1.8 G and Nikon 70-200 AFS VR f4 - both with expedited 2-day shipping free, and of course tax free outside New York state.   An amazing company I've bought my last three Canon cameras from them! The last one i bought mistakenly a Canon EOS 6D Mark II but needed the Canon EOS R6 Mark II with RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM Lens and wanted to change it, 42photo resolved the issue and changed it to the r6 which is in perfect condition and i am very happy with the camera and service. Would definitely recommend!!!

  Battered up Box The Box was a bit crushed but the contents were OK. Got an email saying deliver Today never turned up then another the following Day giving me a delivery time.It arrived dead on time. For the cost charged for delivery it is in the next day delivery bracket but took longer. Overall happy with service.

  No Need to Bother with Any Other Retailer I've been buying from 42nd street photo for years. At one point I thought, maybe I should try other vendors just to see if their prices are better. So I searched online and found a good deal on a Canon video camera at some small online shop. They sent the camera without the battery and several other accessories were missing as well. So while their price technically was cheaper than 42nd street photo, it wasn't a quote for a plug and play setup. In the end, 42nd street photo may look slightly more expensive, but you get everything you need right in the box, no strings attached. And if something isn't right, they're very reasonable and reliable with returns.

  It was really easy to purchase this Nikon Coolpix camera once my partner recommended a new point and shoot for me.   Miraculous Service 6 Stars I ordered a ZEISS ZX1 camera on November 13rd with Jonathan.the ZX1 is on backorder with all major camera outlets. So I was skeptical when he quoted 2 to 3 weeks, but ordered anyway. To my great surprise I got a call 3 days later, that the camera had arrived at the store and would be shipping in a couple of days. I had a trip to Europe on the 18th and asked, if it could be expedited? Unbelievably, after a quick check with the warehouse, the agent said he'll overnight it, and arriving indeed on the 17th. Thanks a lot 42PHOTO!!!!!!

  My shopping experience at 42nd street photo was superb . I bought a new Nikon D500 for a price just slightly above what other web sites charge for refurbished and used ones.
