  Nikon D7500 with a 18-140mm Lens I upgraded from a Nikon D5600 for wildlife and bird photography. Faster focusing, faster frames per second, weather proofing and more features...What's not to love! Oh yeah, and higher keeper rate! Don't let the fewer megapixels fool you, pictures are Just as sharp as the 24 megapixel D5600. Great camera and great value!   Requiring signature for delivery and no option for me to pick up it became a nightmare for me and I am very disappointed with FedEx experience. In an era where amazon delivers in 2 days and live it in front of your door, your way if shipping is ancient.

  It was great service and shipping was very reliable. I love the idea of buying and selling used equipment. However, I lens I purchased was rated as Excellent, but the focus dial on one I received didn’t even move at all, rendering the lens useless. I unfortunately had to return.

  Timely and well priced. Delivered within 48hrs of ordering, in the Arizonian Hinterlands. I ordered the wrong size, totally underestimating the size of the product. When I rang the help/sales line I was sent a link for printing out a returns form within minutes. In the end I decided to keep the item, but the fact that the issue was dealt with instantly is hugely reassuring. Great experience as ever.

  Great Company with all your photographic needs I started using this company several years ago. Since we have been in 'COVID' I have used it even more to purchase my new Canon RP, accessories and Lensbaby lenses etc. The great thing was that if you go onto the Lensbaby American website you end up paying a lot more in state duty and tax, whereas via 42PHOTO it also comes in at a reasonable price.

  You guys are great. I used the live chat to ask about the Nikon Z6 II. The person answered all my questions.   Just got my Canon EOS 80D from 42photo.com and I couldn't be more pleased. I got the camera for $100 dollars less than the lowest price of the competitors online. I was a skeptical buying from a company I didn't know too much about, but they exceeded my expectations. I called their customer service for a shipping date, got through within a minute, and they got it to me exactly when they said they would and the shipping was free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great price and great service.

  Had a Problem and It was Fixed Hassle Free I've been ordering from 42nd street photo for years, recently I ordered items for my personal use. When the order arrived one piece was missing and another was damaged.   After much procrastinating, I finally purchased the Sony a7C bundle from 42photo.com. The only place I shop for my camera gear. Great customer service, and free shipping. I'm Still learning all the things this camera can do, but it's surprising me. Excellent video quality with stabilization. The more I use it, the more I see what it can do.   Everything I've bought at 42photo.com has been shipped on time, at a good price, and without any hassles.   A week ago I made my first purchase, a Dell Laptop for my husband's work. It arrived as posted, was well packed and was EXACTLY as shown and posted on the website. 5 Stars on that purchase.   The website is so easy to navigate, and the delivery was quick but careful... Everything was packaged so securely!   A Very Good Photo Store I am a once in a great while customer of 42nd Street photo but they are good people to work with. If you have a question, technical or in general they will readily help you. If you order the wrong lens they will help you with the return and refund or credit your account. I am a Nikon person and like the line up of Nikon equipment that they carry.   I was skeptical of the low prices but saw the reviews on here and decided to take the plunge, I was not disappointed as when I ordered a Sony ZV-E10 camera, I phoned to check through and I was dealt with excellently. I had ordered it on the Friday and it was dispatched the following Tuesday and arrived the next day in perfect shape and fully functional. I cannot recommend them enough!

  A very easy company with which to deal. My camera arrived promptly and the price was competitive, given that I was trying to avoid big on-line companies like Amazon.   Although the initial contact was good, unfortunately it stopped there. I received my camera in the time allotted but the seal was broken. I could see no reason for this other than someone else may have already had the camera and returned it. I wrote to them twice and still have still not received a reply.

  Bought a Canon EOS R7 couple weeks back for my photography class. The camera has necessary features that she needs for the class. Small camera body and light weight make it easy to use. 42nd's price is the best that I can find online.   My go to store for anything photo/video related I've been ordering cameras, tripod legs and heads, lenses, and all kinds of accessories from 42photo.com for almost ten years.   Very poor packing Never answered a question i asked and camera had very thin cardboard wrapped round it - with no padding. For an expensive camera it seems to be working ok, but i expected a lot more care to be taken. I also received no receipt for my purchase, The time to arrive was good and so was the price, but it seems lucky to have arrived with me in one piece.

  The absolute best selection of film and digital photo equipment. I'm an amateur photographer but I'm trying to branch out and learn more about it.   I part exchanged all of my Nikon z pieces in favor of the novel Fujifilm X-T5 package. On receipt of my equipment, 42photo informed me that the listed NIKKOR Z 35mm f/1.8 S lens was missing/not included. This caused me great concern, due to the quality, condition and price of said piece. It was a little over a week before they corrected their initial statement, having observed their inventory records and confirm that the lens was there.

  Venus Optics Laowa 24mm F/14 Im a professional videographer whose footage is featured in TV documentary, science and nature shows as well as in museum large-screen displays worldwide. This Venus Laowa 24mm lens offers a unique perspective that other macro lenses just can't deliver. I've had this lens for just over a week now and I've been using it everyday since.   DON'T BOTHER!! I CAN'T COMMENT ON THE ABORTED CAMERA ONLY ON THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF I could have given them no stars I would have!! I placed an order on 11/11/22 and awaited delivery. No delivery arrived!! I emailed 42Photo on 16/11/22 asking them to advise when I can expect to receive my order, they didn't even bother to reply. I ended up officially cancelling my order on 24/11/22 as I didn't see any point in waiting any longer!!

  Incredible Service and the Extended Warranty is a real bonus!… I have bought cameras and lenses from 42nd Street Photo during the last few years. What really attracted me initially was the price, then it was the speed of delivery and the fact you could buy products that were wait listed in the US. They offer a three year warranty compared to Canon's one year warranty and you never attribute any value to that……..until you need to use it. My Canon RF 85mm f/1.2 lens was not focusing properly using aperture range and on telling Kate about it, she gave me the instructions on how to send it to Canon in the US. They then produced an estimate for repair ($400) and I forwarded the estimate to her at 42nd Street Photo. The money was in my PayPal account the very next day. Brilliant and exceptional service and the warranty extension is another reason to buy from this impressive company, even if there is only a small price benefit. Well done Kate and the team.

  Unbelievable! Free customer car park, easy to find location. Huge stock, and having listened to my incoherent list of priorities, the young lady produced a Nikon camera body, explained all its operations, then matched a lens to my requirements, and she hit the lower end of my budget, not the upper end.   Seems like a solid company with good service I ordered a 42PHOTO Discount off camera on a Sat on next day delivery. It was processed on the Mon and delivered on the Tuesday. I would have given 5 stars if they had processed it on the Sat. However, I had the chance to speak to their sale assistant to discuss the nature of the item and found them helpful and courteous.

  Fantastic service at a great price. I pre-ordered a Canon R7 three months ago and received excellent communication the whole way through. The camera arrived a few days of release and everything seems perfect. I can't wait for my trip to Iceland in January to put the new camera through Its paces.   I cancelled my order but it was still sent. I took it back but they would not accept it. Spent a very long time on phone to arrange pick up. No confirmation e-mail sent and has not been picked up. We are now away for 3 days. Very poor service. I will not be using them again

  Always Great service and shipping to California is super fast. I have purchased from 42nd street photo many times and have never had an issue with service or a return. I just purchased a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and though I have not taken delivery yet I expect it will be as advertised. I am also a photography teacher at a design school and often recommend 42nd street photo to my students and have never had any reports of dissatisfaction.
