  First Time Purchase I going start off by saying, this was my first online camera purchase. Purchasing my 3rd mirrorless Alpha. Not having a clue on what to do. However, after reading some info located on the website, 42photo.com gave me the confidence to pursue this route. I would say it's as simple as shopping on Amazon. I was deeply impressed with all selections of mirrorless cameras, descriptions of brands, and the steps that were taken after I had purchased my a7R IV. Email updates right when any progress was made. On a side note, I did have an interesting situation come up 2 days after I had purchased my Sony a7R IV, regarding the funds that were used to purchase my camera. After a couple phone calls to my bank and a 42photo.com representative, I was in full understanding on what happened and why it happened. Which was explain in great detail by the 42photo.com representative. On the topic of Customer Service, absolutely great and knowledgeable. Every question I had, was answered in detail. I whole heartedly say thank you 42photo.com for making it very easy to purchase a Sony camera over the internet, definitely be using 42photo.com again in the future.

  Quality and price beyond compare Best price offer. Their products have passed a quality test. Packaging is well done to protect the products. The SmallRig Camera Cage(for Canon r3) looks well-constructed and sterling in its quality. The only issue is i do not have other options for shipping in case i do not need a fast delivery.

  Well I bought a tripod mount and when I receive it it was a Square Jellyfish grip tripod that when your held it you say " what" this is made like a toy and flimsy locking mechanism. Turns out there now madevin China and NOT a quality product. 42photo.com will not let me return it? Tells me to contact manufacturer. They never heard of 42photo.com and will not help. So I'm stuck with a cheap but pretty tripod mount. Not happy.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND I am very pleased with my experience overall! I had been looking for the Sony a7s iii and fe pz 28-135mm f.4 lens for weeks without any luck and finally found it on the your website. I ordered it and had it within a week with the FedEx express.   I purchased a Red cable 4-Pin XLR to 4-Pin LEMO for powering DSMC and DSMC2 Cameras from 42PHOTO but it turned out it was not in stock. They got in touch with me the next day, told me it would take awhile and offered me a refund, which i took and received promptly. That is exceptional customer service as so many online places do not advise you if things are not in stock.

  Bought Canon EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens form 42PHOTO on Friday last week. Staff had time to talk after the transaction and the lens arrived Monday night all shipshape.   Lost 2 stars because when I did the price matching exercise at $899 I was told this was the lowest price 42photo could go, however, the next week it was $200 cheaper. Fortunately for me I had waited and noticed the price drop but it was still an annoying experience.

  Best price and easiest shopping on the Internet. I found the cameras I was looking for and was able to look at all the specs to make a decision on one. Also this was the best price for both the camera and the memory card I can find on the Internet plus free shipping. Can't beat the experience.

  I've placed several orders since 2019 and have been very happy with all of them. My orders have included SD 64gb card, canon 430EX III-RT speedlite and Vellow EW-60C lens hood and backpacks. Prices are in line with other companies and generally slightly cheaper. I will continue to order in the future! I love the free shipping and receiving my order in 2 or 3 days.   I applied for the 42PHOTO Rebate $80 OFF, which took care of the taxes. I did purchase the lens at $1600, but my compliant is a sales representative talking to a customer in the rude manner, which should be unacceptable, no matter the conversation. I wasn't rude to him, I asked for a lower price on the lens, who wouldn't want a lower price on a used lens.

You really get the feeling they will not even consider selling you something if they feel it's not right for you. This in itself is invaluable. Couple this with 1st rate service and you realise this is the only place to go. In addition,I went online to check on the delivery of my goods only to discover they were here already. Incredible

  Oben BA-111 Single Lever Ball Head Really nice ball head. Not too heavy, we'll balanced. Comes with tubular bubble levels. Unfortunately one of them was empty and had to return it back to 42PHOTO for an exchange. I also called Oben customer service for replacement bubble level but they referred me back to 42PHOTO. I really appreciated 42PHOTO that they responded so quickly. My replacement Oben BA-111 should be coming back to me any day now.

  Customer service I was unsure which flash to get.I rang 42photo and left a message, I'll be honest I wasn't expecting a call back, but Jonathan called me back, I explained my predicament and he went through the information of both flashes and I decided the one I thought was the one for me. Just to be 100% sure he got one off the shelf and opened it up and put my mind at ease. This is good old fashioned customer service and Jonathan deserves praise.

  Excellent service Ordered a Nikkor MC 105mm/2.8 lens from these guys: not only did I get it quickly, I got a phone call to thank me for the order and let me know when it would be delivered. I've been into 42nd Photo store as well, they were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again for anything I need in the future!

  I've been using 42nd street photo for years. I use the internet to look for the best deals for my photography equipment. However, I always come back to 42nd street photo since their pricing is great and their shipping is wonderful. I always take the free shipping and never had to wait more than 4 days for order to be delivered. I recently purchased a Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 lens and it came in a few days.

  Fast and Accurate I've been shopping at 42Photo since the days of their downtown store. Delivery is fast and accurate. The product description is on target. My only complaint is the FedX shipping service which frequently has a tendency to dent their shipments.
