  Last month I came across a war gaming boxed set on 1001hobbies and was skeptical because it was discounted so heavily. Turns out it was legit, just needed to wait for it to come into inventory and then they shipped it out and it didn't take long to arrive, even for coming over seas. If you find a good deal on 1001 hobbies, I definitely recommend going for it!

  "Instant ship" Took 3 weeks to leave the warehouse, another month to get here, when it got here it was packaged in nothing but bubble wrap... no box or anything just bubble wrap for international shipping, the box was damaged so badly it was open and the decal sheet fell out as I carried it into my house... A basic box would have prevented all of this but that is too much for 22 in shipping on 70usd in items I guess. They have not answered my emails yet, might have to force a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Great prices, but headaches to go with it. Mostly on processing and shipping. I paid a processing fee, and it took almost a mont to ship and when it did, all they did was bubble wrap the item. No box. Of course the item shows up damaged. Now they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Good price, but be aware.

  While they got 2/3 of the order correct, they shipped an item that was incorrect. The item they shipped was no where even near close to what I paid for. Getting a refund on that item, or the item was difficult and required multiple e-mails to resolve. They opted to refund the cost of the item, but did not refund the added shipping cost they charged me. I will not be ordering from them again, and would advise others to avoid doing business with them.

  Cones are good quality. I am a repeat buyer. I’m in the USA shipping time has been better than expected. Shipping is a lot, however I just put in a big order because It is a flat fee for the items that I purchase and it works out well in the end on money per item. My orders have not had damage and I get what I ordered. They do a great job!

  Delayed because they said I didn’t give the correct shipping address when I did and could prove it. Not impressed since delivery address was the same as the billing address and clearly had both house number and street name.   The prices are very fair, ordering is very easy. Delivery was an issue, apparently it came to the US then was returned because my address was not “verified”…communicated with the seller, they resent the items, then I received them shortly thereafter, everything I ordered. The delivery issue was not a big deal, as the seller’s communication was good. Would buy from them again and would recommend to others.
