Verified reviewI patronize the Dover store only. Jaime, Bobby and Scottie know me well. I've had several jobs done by Scottie who is always thorough and willing to take time to work with me with any issues. The store NEEDS more technicians. I'm impatient but I DO WAIT for weeks at a time to have work done on my car. That's a corporate issue. Whatever Scottie is paid, isn't enough. And, no, I'm not related to him. I sue hope this communication makes it back to these Dover guys. They deserve high praise and a high raise.

Verified reviewI was verbally quoted less than I paid in the end. Markups on the stereo and the backup camera were higher than expected. Stereo has a gap between the bezel and the dash board that I now have to find something the fill it with.
