Verified reviewWas looking and browsing for a good priced JL HD1200.1 amp and came across Tri-State I looked them up saw some nice reviews and decided to give them a chance. I live in Hawaii so used that amp is around $900-$1200. Purchased two certified refurbs from Tri-State for $799 each. Received them both less than a week lalter in great condition in original packaging as well. I definitely recommend them.

Verified reviewI think I was overcharged and bought my Pioneer speakers there before you got another car and because they did not unhook it they charged me $450 to hook it up in my new car I said if I bought the speaker from you why would you charge me that much. I asked for all my windows to be tinted my sunroof wasn't and I'm not sure if my back window was. I understand you paying for labor but if your prior customer there should be some type of an adjustment. I almost paid to have it put in what I paid for the speaker itself. Oh well that's life. Also, the guy that sits up at the desk courtesy desk receptionist that's whatever way you want to call it really needs an attitude adjustment his attitude stinks yes I said it it is not the first time. I'm no dummy when it comes to cars and I should not be treated like one all because you may have to repeat yourself. If that's not the job for you then maybe you should find something else. I'm sure I'm not the first complaint and I know I won't be the last one either.

Verified reviewSound of Tristate installed a dashcam for me. They did a good job hiding the wire and securing it to the windshield. Everything is working. Staff was nice. They need to make sure they're not parking cars in front of the wheelchair ramp. I had to ask an employee to move a car so I could get my wheelchair up the ramp. Other than that, everything was great.
