Jadyn, I am sorry to hear about the condition your parts arrived in. It appears that you already contacted us we are already working on correcting this issue. It appears it was damaged during transit. Unfortunately, though we pay for the best possible shipping methods, some courier drivers/workers may not be as careful as others. For this reason, all packages we ship out are covered with full insurance. If an item arrives damages, missing parts, or defective, you would be fully covered. We are currently working with the courier to have this covered and resolved as quickly as possible. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but know that you are covered and we are currently working to have this corrected as soon as possible. Jair, I am sorry about your experience. I do wish to clarify on a few things here. You were attempting to pay with a international card. Our system is not setup for direct international orders or payments. As such, they must be placed using PayPal. This was caught during processing and as such, the order was cancelled and refunded in full. We did also notify you about the process that must be followed as well. Do note that that refunds are handled immediately and was done on the same day you were notified. It is up to your bank to finalize the process and depending on the bank, this may take a few days. Jerry, Thank you for the feedback, we greatly appreciate it! I do wish to clarify on few things here. To note, the order was placed on 4/4, late on Friday after we closed for the day. Since we are closed over the weekend, the order only began to process through the following business day on 4/7, Monday. While processing it through, we were notified by the manufacturer, that unfortunately, they had run out of stock. Due to the recent issues with tariffs and shipping changes, a lot of their shipments have been delayed and this is their best current estimate. We did attempt to contact you immediately after confirming this, which was on 4/8. This all happened within the first days and tried to have this resolved immediately. However, we did not reach you. We attempted again on 4/10, without success. You then contacted us on 4/11 and we provided the details. We understand that these situation can be frustrating, and contacting people can sometimes be difficult due to scheduling, but we definitely did attempt to reach you multiple times before the week that was mentioned. We also did provide you with an alternative to the coilovers, but was ultimately was decided to cancel and this was fully honored. We work hard to ensure our customers are notified of any potential issues in a timely manner and will continue to ensure our customers are kept up to date as well.
