Hello, We sincerely apologize for the delay on this. The order was processed through quickly and tracking was inputted the same day on 10/6. Since tracking was inputted by the manufacturer, we were assured it shipped without issues. If the tracking has not updated or stopped moving, it could be an issue with the delivery company. However, looking at our emails, you never reported an issue with the delivery. We always recommend to email us if you are experiencing issues with the package or the delivery. Vannak, I am sorry to hear about the fitment of your part. Double checking the information, the arms should have fit your model as well. This is not the first time we have sold these kits for your specific model and we have plenty of customer currently using it. Based on the email exchange you had with a tech, one side went on smoothly, which collaborates that the arms fit your model. However, the other side appeared to have had the bushing oriented incorrect from when it was assembled. We provide details on what can be done to correct this. We understand that you feel that it was incorrect, but you yourself confirmed that one side went in fine. Even though it is rare, assembly mistakes from the factory can occur and often times, can easily be corrected.
