Verified reviewOrdered a M38A1 front engine cover gasket. It was paper instead of cork and I thought the description should mention that. Also, nearly impossible to change the frot cover gasket without replacing the oil pan gasket with it, (Maybe should mention that also). One more thing, the gasket was ripped 3/4 across. You did offer to replace it but I told you I can work with it. I used it and it worked fine. Your prices are too high but still it's a pleasure to do business with you.

Verified reviewIn some areas excellent: such as online catalog, online forum, instructional video and order placement but in other areas poor; such as receiving the correct part ordered and core exchange policies and high prices. Examples: I never get the correct points that I order, I never get the correct 24V gauges that I order. Core charges and associated part delivery delays are excessive compared to the competition. I have spent probably 7k in orders with KaiserWillys but my last order for over 1k went to another vendor who ships same day and gets the core from me after receipt of the new part. They are also $300 cheaper for that part.

We are always happy to help. If a part is $300 cheaper than ours - its not the same part I promise apples to apples. There are big differences in NOS, USA made and original reproduction parts from different sources. On distributor rebuilds we have the proper points for a 24 volt distributor. Maybe something was changed inside your housing. Please send us photos we are happy to help out. 24 volt gauges there are different versions we offer. I see you ordered one style online. Email us photos of what you have on your jeep so we can help you match it. The wrong one online may have been ordered. We are happy to help out. I see you have placed dozens of orders with us for several years. We always try to help our customers out. Most our orders ship within a business day. I promise - if another company like us shipped same day it's because they are not very busy. We try our best, sorry if anything was ever shipped in error to you. We always make things right. Hopefully you will reconsider your review given all our history together.
