Verified reviewMy issue is not with your products but with your order process. I use the computer to order many parts when restoring jeeps. I don't think l have encountered a company that charges you for a part that has been back ordered. My experience is I pay for the part when they are shipped. You have my money and I wait for your supplier to ship. Is this the type of customer service you intend to provide?

We emailed you same day on the delay on these. It could have gone to your spam folder and then got deleted. If you ever have a question - we are here toll free and answer all emails same business day. We are always happy to help. I'll just cancel it and refund you for it. My apologies for any confusion.

This doesn't address the question of when you choose to charge my credit card.

If companies are doing a 2-pass on your credit card then they are storing your credit card information, and this is not a good practice for security. We do a 1-pass and use a token system, so we do not store any of your credit card information. This is best practice. We email about any backorders same day to see what you want to do. We are always happy to help.
