Verified reviewOrdered a water pump and the packaging was less than adequate and the gasket that was included was damaged - torn and not useable. Fortunately the water pump was not damaged because it had no dunnage to protect it from the rough handling of the shipper. You need to do a better job of packing your shipments.

I'm really sorry for the issue on this. UPS can be tough on packages at times. I already have a ticket in to get that gasket replaced for you. My rating may have been a bit harsh and the seller was willing to send a replacement gasket, but we needed to get the pump installed so we just used high temp gasket silicone to attach the pump to the engine.

Verified reviewMy first experience with Kaiser Willys. I purchased a 12V ignition coil and when I received it I noticed that it was not as depicted on the website. The picture on the website has both the spade and screw-on connection options for the positive and negative terminal. I was excited because that is exactly what I was looking for. However, when I received the product I realized that it was different than advertised as it only had the "regular" screw-on terminals for Pos and Neg. However, AMAZING customer service. I called and received easy instructions to return the part. No hassle. I'll continue to shop with Kaiser Willys in the future though, as its tough to beat the amount of stuff in their inventory! looking forward to my new [albeit old] hobby.

Verified reviewI've had occasion to ask questions using the feature on the website. The answer always came back quickly and on point. Orders have been filled accurately and quickly. I've "asked Mike" a couple times when I couldn't find the item I needed, and he's been very helpful, as well. The only thing that's a little problematic is the time it takes for a new web page to load when migrating around the website. It could be quicker. Overall, this company and its website are excellent.
