Verified reviewThe gauge I ordered apparently wasn't in stock. I called Kaiser Willys after waiting 10 days to find out why I couldn't find any tracking information on it. I was told that an email was sent to me stating that it was back ordered. I never received an email, which was not that big of a deal. I just asked for a refund at that time. My money was refunded back to me in two days. Customer service was great. I will continue to shop at Kaiser Willys in the future.

Verified reviewKW has about anything you'd ever want for a Jeep. Web site is a bit slow loading and searching. though I have ordered several parts for my 1971 CJ5 from KW. Filled orders have been delivered promptly. The only gripe I have is that when a portion of an order is sent the company informs you that the order is filled; when it actually is not!
