Verified reviewPast transactions have been very good. This last one has left me frustrated with lack of communication. This order has been delayed, I understand the reasons, but communication is key. Two weeks and the order hasn't shipped due to issues with the mnfr. I am ok with that but no updates from KW in these two weeks leaves me in the dark wondering what is going on. Could be better!

Verified reviewMost of my orders have been shipped promptly and I am very satisfied with the quality of their products. However, I have been waiting 6 weeks for a temperature gauge and a gas tank. My card has been charged for the tank! I get only vague responses on when I will receive the products. I am frustrated that my card has been charged and I have no ship date.

Verified reviewIf you have an older Willys (mine's a '48), it's inevitable that you'll need replacement parts. Wear and tear and such. Or you may want to upgrade. Regardless, you want somebody who knows these machines inside and out. If so, KaiserWillys is the place to go. They have the parts and knowledge and are helpful always. Why mess with the rest?
