Review collected by a third partyNothing more frustrating than to search for a part that has been discontinued by the original equipment manufacturer to find it, after hours of effort, in stock, place the order only to receive an email later stating they don't have that part in Inventory. That did NOT happen here. They had it in stock, and they promptly shipped it out and was double boxed. It was throughly packaged in bubble wrapped in a properly sized box and that box, was bubble wrapped and placed in a larger box. Needless to say, the part was in perfect condition. It was a great first experience with this vendor and I will try them first for any future need of Ford parts. - Thank You!

All the items I needed were easy to search for based on model number, easy to purchase, and all items arrived in their OEM sealed packaging. I would suggest, nonetheless, that they do use some soft packaging material, because the items were simply dropped into an unnecessarily large shipping box without any protection, with all the items bouncing around when I received it. However, I did not notice any shipping damage.
