Verified reviewAfter no delivery via replacementparts.com (since 7/27) & having to buy & install a window A/C unit plus pedestal fan, I cancelled with them, and ordered via Amazon Prime/CSH Electric Motor Supply on 8/26. It arrived A.M., 8/28 via UPS for a total cost of $183.87 (incl. shipping). Replacementparts.com's price was $162.58 but if you leave people without A/C for 30 days through a couple heat waves, you should never get anymore business! Also this OEM replacement HVAC blower motor was the exact match for my over 20 yr. old burnt-out motor incl. the power supply plug. If you can't tell by now, I'm very excellentlly satisfied (5 stars ) with CSH Electric Motor Supply Inc., and will tell anyone I meet with like need to replace their HVAC blower motor(s) the same story. Thank you, thank you all very much. Let me add that this same motor is standard in a great number of manufactured homes with central air/heat systems, and there is steady demand but in many cases not great supply from your local HVAC contractor unless you want to spend up to several times more for them to do it. Taking out the old motor & mounting the new motor into its housing takes plus or minus 1 hour & takes only common handtools to do it. So, don't pay a contractor at the very least $500 or more, and do this (inevitable) job yourself. I did it at age 77, so it can't be that difficult

I typed in the model number of the old motor, and they came up with a replacement for it. I ordered it on a Monday and received it 2 days later on Wednesday. I had the furnace running the next day.

Verified reviewI ordered the incorrect motor. It was entirely my fault but when I called I see SH the way I was treated was extraordinarily perfect! I was extremely impressed by the fact that person that answered the phone handled all the details of my return and purchase of the appropriate motor. I was never put on hold and I never had to give any information I had previously given. I rarely have had as excellent experience in handling a return as I did with CSH.

Verified reviewItem was a motor for Air Conditioner Condenser. Ordered on Sunday. Item received a label Monday and sat all day. Item was shipped Tuesday evening late, really ? I purchased a motor from local retailer, was not comfortable in hot house.

The order was placed on Sunday 8/15. We packaged and shipped the order on Monday 8/16. UPS did not do their first scan until Tuesday 8/17, however, the package did still arrive to you on Wednesday 8/18. We normally ship from MI, but we did have this motor is a closer warehouse to you, so it was able to deliver to you sooner, 2 days. The order was placed to ship UPS GROUND.
