Verified reviewI paid almost $60 to have my part next day delivered and I am still waiting on the delivery of the part. This is ridiculous, The weather was not that bad to have to wait that long. I live in Ohio and we got hammered and were still back in business the next day. I asking that my shipping fee be credited back to my account. It took longer for this part to get here than the one I ordered 1 day earlier. It's just very wrong and uncalled for.

We did ship this item Next Day Air on the day it was ordered 2/2/22, the delay is a UPS issue and we will of course credit your shipping charges since you did not receive your item in a timely manner. We agree it is uncalled for, but again, this was a UPS issue, not a seller issue and we would have looked into it right away if you had called in and spoken to us.

Well, I do appreciate your help in this matter. I will let UPS know how I feel about this as well. Again, I am very appreciative of how you handled this matter and I will not be taking that chance again when there is any kind of stormy weather. I have learned my lesson with overnighting parts. I should have just drove to go get the part but not so sure that is possible now a days either. Again so much thanks for going the extra mile for me.

I had ordered a sump pump after finding great reviews of the company on the internet (AND the lowest price AND free shipping to boot) so the order when in. They processed in the same day! The pump arrived broken and without hesitation the customer service experience was second to none. They immediately shipped a new one after I sent a few photos. The second pump also arrived damaged AND AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION shipped a second pump. Both pumps they advised not to return as they strive to please the customer in not having them go through the hassle of a return. The third pump arrived in great shape. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM CSH THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR PUMP NEEDS.
