Verified reviewI had a part I bought shipped next day air that was broken in the box, after a few pictures and phone calls with Debbie (who is the greatest) Csh took a new part opened it to make sure it was intact wrapped it extra tight and paid to have a new part overnighted on Saturday so I could get heat. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Verified reviewI received great service with CSH through the purchasing process and she said she would try to get it on the truck that evening but most likely it would be in the morning. It was on the truck at 9 AM the foloowing morning. I am still waiting five days later for UPS to deliver. Received notice it was on the truck for delivery two days ago and now they are saying Monday! Roads have been clear for two days and we have been without heat for a week now. So CSH I like and I hope the product is as good as their service just not impressed with UPS. Thankyou, Joe M.
