The young lady at customer service was very courteous and helpful. Their free shipping got the part to my doorstep at 5pm on the day promised and I had the part installed and heat back on in our house within 30 minutes.

CSH was the only one where I could find it and insure it was the proper unit. Their website is fantastic, ordering simple, pricing excellent. Literally shipped the day I ordered it and arrived In perfect condition 4 days later including a holiday. Packaging was perfect with the unit completely protected inside.
