Verified reviewI inadvertently ordered the wrong part. I returned the part to their Corunna warehouse and exchanged it for the right part. Even though the error was completely my fault the staff was courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. The tethered switch I bought was of very high quality and made in Owosso Michigan.

I ordered the wrong one. Debbie with customer service relayed a technician's recommendation for a motor. This was a perfect match for my replacement motor from the 1950's. The return of the wrong motor I initially purchased could not have been easier. By the way, I got the last one of that model in stock. Thank you very much CSH Electric Motor Supply. This is the place to buy motors, especially nowadays with supply shortages.

Regarding delivery, It was shipped March 10 arrived by courier noon March 22, no one was home the time of delivery, the driver was not able to leave the item due to the 108.00 dollar COD charge. I have no problem with the 108.00 dollars, but who in this digital world does COD. I suspect UPS hires independent couriers once the package gets into Canada, Canada Post or Purolator would be a better provider.

Kara helped me determine exactly which one was needed and proceeded to quickly get it shipped that afternoon. I live in California and i was expecting it to take about 3 days to arrive but imagine my surprise when it arrived the following day in the early afternoon. Cora took down my information of what was needed to replace a 1955-6 Nutone motor and forwarded it to a tech for their clarification.
