Verified reviewReceived my order yesterday right on time. It was a very easy order and Carla was professional and helpful. Installed the motor today so haven't had a very long test but all is running well for now. The only fly in the ointment was the shipping cost, but had to have it fast and that is exactly the way l got it. Shipping keeps from rating higher.

Verified reviewThis was possibly the best experience I've had in several years with a company like this. I was looking for a part for a very old (> 20 years) furnace, and I found it on their website. I called to make sure it was really available, which it was (at a reasonable price, I might add). The person I spoke to on the phone took my order right there, so I didn't have to go through the web-ordering process, and it shipped that same day, and I received it the next day - very important, since my furnace was down and it was in the teens that day. From start to finish, this was an A-1 operation - would highly recommend them based on my experience.
