Spontaneous reviewGreat customer service. I bought rims and took them to Costco for install. However the Costco technician told me they didn’t fit . I contacted capital auto parts both through phone and email and they were extremely helpful. Despite the busy holidays season I was kept up to date on the returns process. Last week shipping came directly to my home and picked the rims up and took care of the process. So far I’m very satisfied with the service and I would highly recommend anyone who needs auto parts to check them out. 10/10

Spontaneous reviewOrder processing is slow compared to my other online purchase experience. Took 3 working days for my order (tire) to get shipped from warehouse. Picked up by courier the following day and now after 6 working days it is still "In Transit" to Ontario. I just hope my order has not been lost.
