  This company was great from start to finish, there was a slight delay to begin with due to a security check but once that was cleared the customer services employee on the other end informed me the camera would be dispatched as soon as possible.   I have been looking for a Sony ZV-1F camera for my daughter's Birthday present and was delighted with the service provided. I used the web chat feature and Luke was able to answer my questions and confirm the price and availability.   I’ve recently bought a Sony a7 IV camera and needed some of advice on which lens to buy; so I rang Wilsons Electronics sales and spoke to a lovely chap who helped me enormously, lens arrived looking brand new and I was able to shoot a few pictures in the dark parts of my basement. I absolutely love Wilsons Electronics and will continue supporting the business anytime I need to make an addition to my gear. I highly recommend!

  Was in the market for a pair of binoculars. Decided on a Vortex 8x42. Pleased to say that Wilsons Electronics had the model on sale for $400 which was around $80 cheaper than any other company including my local camera dealer. Ordered online and they arrived within 24 hours. Would recommend Wilsons to friends and family.

  I needed advise before making my purchase. I was able to contact Wilsons Electronics by phone, talk to them and I feel I had received good honest advise before making my purchase. The camera arrived promptly, worked exactly as expected. I am still learning how to do all of the functionalities on the camera as I am still fairly new to the DSLR cameras, but It is a great price point. I have and will continue to recommend Wilsons Electronics to any photo buddies.

  Even when I thought the DJI Mavic 3 drone would be on backorder for a while, they managed to send it to me within one week and everything worked as advertised. Its easy to fly and take great photos. I will return to this vendor for purchases in the future and recommend to friends!

I needed a telephoto lens for a last minute job but, despite many suppliers indicating that they had it in stock, it appeared that I wasn't going to be able to source it in time.   I ordered a Ricoh GR IIIx from Wilsons Electronics because it was the cheapest I could find online. Within 24 hours of ordering, I'd had a confirmation of the order, and a telephone call to confirm the expected delivery date. Camera itself was great and came with all the equipment needed.   This camera performed as advertised and I was very pleased with it until I dropped it--zipped inside the PeakDesign case Wilsons Electronics supplies with it-- looks like a knock off product Result: it no longer functions. Canon's estimate is $299 for repair. Bottom line: this is a really nice camera, but very fragile.

  Great and Professional Service - let down by the courier company I ordered a Sony 2X teleconverter on a Sunday night with the idea that according to the guarantee I should get it by Tuesday at the latest. I also emailed to confirm that I needed it delivered by then as I was flying overseas on the Tuesday night. Unfortunately it didn't arrive before we left. WILSONS ELECTRONICS couldn't have been better about it. They apologized for the non arrival and my payment was returned quickly. It is a shame that such a good and honest business was let down by a sluggish Courier company. I would definitely use them in the future.

  After searching various sites for a Nikon D500 camera, Wilson's Electronics could not be beaten. The web page is very well laid out and easy to navigate, it shows all information on products and their prices are very competitive.   Sigma USB Dock for Canon EF-Mount Lens Customer Service Rep- Brad, was very helpful in figuring out my issue with Sigma USB Dock. Sigma USB Dock has basically zero instructions for the Sigma 16-28mm f/2.8 lenses with full-frame format - anywhere including You tube. He helped me identify that an adapter was needed and what that adapter was. The instructions that came with the Sigma USB Dock were for a Sigma sports lens series and there was absolutely nothing provided with the missing adapter. The unit is well made.

  The Nikon Z FC camera is a fantastic walk around camera. This is a modern camera, but it gives you a feel you are back in time with your retrograde FE or FM film cameras. I love this camera and so glad I waited for the four months for it to be released. Well done Nikon for engineering it, and Wilsons Electronics for handling the distribution of the camera. Great Job. I loved the price, the ease of ordering, and the fast shipment I received from Wilsons Electronics. I've never ordered anything from them before but my sister-in-law has and she told me to check them out. I was impressed with their selection of products and their low prices. I figure I saved over $150 buying from them since their prices were so low and I didn't have to pay sales tax! I will definitely use them again!

There is no sales tax, for now anyway, and shipping methods are flawless.   Responsive customer service and value for money Supplying the extra payment details for my Black Friday purchase took 4 days to be processed by PayPal, as they too had increased security checks on so many sales. Although this delay resulted in a ‘ pending cancellation’ notification from Wilson Electronics, they were quick to respond to phone calls and emails, showing great customer service. This is the 2nd purchase I’ve made from Wilsons Electronics as they were again the Best value for money available .

  Partial kit delivery???? I suppose it's my fault for not thoroughly reading but a "kit" should be photo ready and have a memory card and an actual charger. My fault for not noticing I suppose. Every camera I buy from Amazon comes with the charging cable, but the one included didn't work for me. Also, the camera can't take a picture without a memory card. Not being able to use a gift on Christmas is not pleasant for the recipient.

  My First Mirrorless Camera! I'm a film production student, so I bought this as my first professional camera. I got all I want in one package. The camera has lot of potentials.
