  Excellent all round customer service! I have to be honest I was very apprehensive at first when ordering a camera lens from this website, as it did seem a little too good to be true. But lo and behold they really pulled out the stops! The initial delivery was extremely fast considering it came all the way from Manhattan! After changing my mind I decided to return the product and was dealt with amazingly over email. I received a full refund in good time. I will definitely be looking to use these guys again and would highly recommend :)

  Love this Lenovo Tablet with docking feature!! After using this for a month, it holds up well, great battery life, pretty quick startup and responsive when I'm working with it. Wilsons Electronics service price were both excellent!

  Didn't have what I wanted - a micro SD card. Just no stock availability. Got it from Amazon instead . Cheaper than eBay and delivered next day. Disappointing that eBay aren't maintaining stocks of basic IT items.

  Professional, trustworthy, pleasant, relaxed - and the cheapest in NYC! Go for it! I REALLY wanted to buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 and the cheapest place online was WILSON's. I was initially cautious but checked their reviews and phoned them and the staff there sounded very pleasant and relaxed and having done a little more research into their online presence I decided to go ahead, and I definitely have no regrets. I received an email invoice straight away and the phone arrived when they said it would, which was actually quicker than expected as there was a National Holiday in between! It comes with a 2-year guarantee and had a fast (proprietary) charger so I have no regrets, I'd highly recommend them - 5 star company!

  Movie Theatre Quality at my Home This BRAVIA XR ' MASTER Series' OLED ' 4K Ultra HD ' High Dynamic Range (HDR) ' Smart TV (Google TV) is great!! The picture is very clear and amazing. I love the design. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking to buy one.

  Same experience as the previous rating asked for proof of address silly me sent this definitely not a trust worthy site to use spent most of the day on the phone blocking my cards, as felt that it could be identity theft. Will soon see if my TV arrives next week they didn't reply to my email. Just had a call from WILSON's and they explained everything so now satisfied and my phone is soon to be shipped . Also returns are 14 days from delivery date not purchased date . Thanks Scott for your help from Wilsons.

  Wilson Electronics Top-Shelf! As an experienced photographer I'm often scouring the internet for the best deal possible. So when buying my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III I came across Wilsons Electronics and I could not be happier with the service they provided. I was constantly updated in every stage of the process from transaction through to delivery which is always comforting when spending such a large sum of money on a camera.

  simple and easy ordering, good prices I am a hyperaware consumer and therefore when I see a cheap price I check the reviews. Wilsons Electronics were recommended by a colleague in NJ, so I decided to take a chance. Ordering was easy however it took a week for the delivery. It is always an anxious time when you track a delivery and it appears to be stuck in mid transit for days. I have had problems in the past with delivery of expensive items.

  Mobile phone purchase. I wanted to upgrade my mobile phone to an iPhone 12 Pro. I found this company during an internet search. I read all the reviews both positive and negative, and decided to purchase a phone. They were the best price I could find. I stay well clear of eBay due to previous problems buying a phone. The service from this company from beginning to end was excellent. Prompt response to my emails, update of delivery dates, phone delivered well packaged with all security seals intact.   The guys at WILSON ELECTRONICs were super… The guys at Wilson Electronics were super helpful! I ordered a camera from them that unfortunately turned out to be faulty (which sometimes happens with these things) and they were great all through the returns process. Really helpful and polite every step of the way, and super quick to respond. They even refunded my postage costs to return the camera from NY. Ordered a replacement with them. Big thanks guys!

  Top of the line tablet Ordered an iPad Pro 12.9 for the cheapest price online. Read the reviews expecting the delivery to take about a week. Small price to pay for the savings. The delivery did take just over a week, but the M1 came this morning via UPS. I contacted Wilson Electronics support for an update halfway through the order and they got back to me very quick.   Camera Purchase I have to say I totally agree with others who have put reviews on Net Reviews for this Company and in fairness without the positive feedback may have gone elsewhere. I ordered a camera due to its competitive price and cannot fault the Company for its quick email contact and notification the item was on route. I also ended up with nightmares with FedEx as the item appeared to disappear for many days in their system before final delivery.

  WAS reticent about buying from Wilsons Electronics Reticent about buying from Wilsons Electronics, Emailed them about my concerns. Reply was positive and reassuring. I went ahead and ordered.. A very positive experience. Communications were excellent particularly when FedEx Tracking failed. The support team chief Jennifer was on the ball from their end sorting the issue. Excellent all round service. My Brand new Canon M200 camera arrived in good time; extremely well wrapped and protected. As described along with Watson LP-E12 . charger + Chiaro Pro 49mm UV, strap and manual. I shall be back shortly to order an extension to my kit, maybe an updated 7D too. I Can't say more.   Based on my experience. On the Monday I ordered a Nikon D6 plus 120-300mm f/2.8 lens. My order was delivered four days later on Friday morning well packaged and with the products in perfect condition.   Hasselblad 907X - Wilson Electronics I used Verified reviews to help me make a decision as to use Wilson Electronics or not. There are some good and some bad reviews. All I can say is that my experience has been brilliant. I wasn't sure if they had my camera in stock so contacted them via email and they replied the next day explaining that it could be sent from one of two depots they explained it would ship within 1 to 3 working days. I ordered it late Thursday night, I immediately received an email confirming the purchase. On Thursday it had been dispatched to FedEx and I received it today Tuesday. Free delivery and only 3 business days for it to be on my doorstep. Brilliant. Will use again at the prices they sell their products. 10 stars

  Updated Review. I ordered a Canon Vixia HF G50 from this company. It should have been sent and delivered the week I was on annual leave but was not. It wasn’t sent until the next week. They employed ups(Big mistake there!) who decided to supposedly leave the parcel on my driveway. Upon returning home - no parcel to be seen. I contacted Wilsons Electronics straight away and eventually ended up getting PayPal involved. They were useless. I raised a complaint with UPS who have today confirmed that they are treating it as a lost item and have reimbursed WILSON ELECTRONICS for the value of the item on 17th July. UPS have told me it is down to Wilsons to refund me. I’ve sent emails today to chase this and being told that they still have it as an open case. This is beyond ridiculous and a terrible experience. I offered to have the item replaced if they used a different courier but now I will take my business elsewhere - when I get my money back! This will be taken further if they fail to refund me within 2 days. Quick to take my money - not so quick at giving it back!! Shocking customer service! Update - Wilsons Electronics have been in touch and resolved my issue satisfactorily.

  Gold standard of customer service. Two items I wanted ASAP were backordered in New York, but not a problem. I requested a stock notification for these items and know from experience I'll receive an email once these items are back in stock. Purchase of the remaining items was quick, received a confirmation email within seconds, and in a few hours I'll receive another email mail letting me know the items have shipped, just like well-oiled machine.

  Well to start with I reserved a camera and lens on the phone as I live more then an hour away and to my disappointment I had been lied to by the member of staff that i spoke to on the phone as they never had it in stock and i feel i was told a lie to get the sale but i was offered a small discount which brought it close the price i was expecting and the chap that served me was very helpful, I am more then happy with my product but service is average.

  Great customer service lowest price 👌🏻 Great customer service , attentive to make sure you receive what you ordered updating you with several mails and ready to help you if you got any questions ! Its the first time i shopped on Wilson Electronics and I’m impressed over my expectations. I made my order on Friday night and the Tuesday was delivered ! That means they prompted prepared it to delivery ! The price was ridiculously lower than any other shop. Definitely i will keep purchasing from Wilson Electronics.

  Excellent service from Wilson Electronics. I had my doubts when reading some negative reviews on here. I decided to purchase my new Samsung 10.4" Galaxy Tab from Wilson Electronics and I have had no regrets. I was kept informed with progress of my purchase and my new tab arrived by specified time. May I add the gadget was much cheaper from Wilson Electronics than other outlets. I highly recommend Wilson.

  Five star service from Wilson Electronics. I have bought a new iPhone from Wilson in New York and had the best service ever. I ordered the phone on a Sunday evening and it was Delivered at 09:16 on the following Wednesday. I cannot fault their order and delivery service. They kept me updated right until delivery. This was a five star service. Perfect.

  Just WOW!!! This was first purchase from Wilson Electronics and especially such a much awaited upgrade from D80 to D750.   Simple & Sweet Glass 😀 First and foremost I trust Wilson Electronics to deliver the goods safely and securely! What they say they are going to deliver, you can take that to the bank. However, after seeing UPS, hurl a package to someone's front door go viral, I took a few test shots just to make sure. The Nikkor 50mm lens performed perfectly.
