  Super service, no fuss! I have just ordered a Nikon Z6ii 24-70mm kit online. I just want to thank you for getting it to me by Monday, I was pleasantly surprised.   I’ve never encountered a place such as this. SUPER professional and even more friendly. The turn around on your film is quick, and the collection of cameras is overwhelming. Got a unique lens for my canon 90D camera and I love it.

  Wilsons Electronics was magnificent Wilsons Electronics was magnificent! Feeling rather cautious in case something happened I ordered in two parts! The first part, an expensive mirrorless camera arrived within a week, earlier than mentioned. The second part, an expensive lens, arrived within 5 days!! They responded to my emails straight away and offered to help with problems I had with PayPal. I sorted my PayPal with PayPal and without me asking them anything they decided to speed up my order and send the lens super fast!! Great job, excellent, superb service and great price! Couldn’t recommend them more!!

  Speedy, well packaged and cheaper than Amazon. I ordered a computer monitor on Sunday evening, paying for next day delivery (dispatch Monday) and it was delivered Tuesday at around 10:30am very impressively packaged in a huge box with terrific padding around the manufacturer's box. Very impressed. The monitor cost 5 less than Amazon, and at the same delivery speed. If I could knock off half a star, it would be for sending the newsletter-subscription free next day postage code the next day, after I'd already ordered :-)

  I purchased a Canon 1D X Mark II for my daughter and I am very pleased. It was advertised in “fair condition” so I was skeptical and feared I might have to return it. It arrived with a few tiny scratches but you can only see them if you really look for them. Overall, I am happy and will use them again.

I've purchased quite a lot of kit from Wilsons Electronics over the years, and each and every time I've been delighted with the service that they provide, which is both friendly an professional. Regarding the equipment itself - in all honesty, I've never experienced any problems whatsoever. On the contrary, it's always been exactly as described, come in it's original / sealed packaging and is absolutely no different from purchasing from a high street retailer. Actually, there is a huge difference, and that being the amount of hard earned money that you'll save. I should also mention that the delivery times have been pretty damn quick too, even during these difficult times of Covid-19. Thanks WILSON, I'll definitely be back, and have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending your services to family, friends and work colleagues.

  Was looking to purchase a Samsung TV and they managed to save me hundreds of dollars off what Amazon or eBay were selling it for, the customer service was brilliant and Adam was really friendly and guided me through the whole purchase from buying the product to getting it setup in my home.   Exceptional value and great customer service Over the last couple of years, I've bought three cameras and two lenses from Wilsons Electronics. I would not have been able to get better value anywhere else. As well as great value, their customer service is spot on too. Items take a few days to arrive so do order earlier than you might be used to but this is a very small price to pay for such exceptional value. I have my eye on another couple of purchases and I'll definitely be returning.

  Great product, great service! I recently ordered an Apple 11" iPad Pro, and was just giving it some time before posting my review. I am very happy with the product and the service I've received from Wilson Electronics. The delivery time initially was about 7 to 10 days, as I chose Standard Delivery, but then I received an email from Jennifer Good saying that I had been upgraded at no cost, to Express Delivery, so instead of waiting 1 week or more, my phone was delivered in 2 days!

Changed my mind and cancelled the second order and, although took a while, was refunded without quibble.   Why buy from here when service and product knowledge are poor? It frustrates me that high street stores are not grasping the basics. I went to pick up an item i have reserved online and was kept waiting because the person serving me got distracted and had to eventually come back and ask me what item it was again as they had forgotten. Worse still, I had predicted that this would not be a good customer experience before entering the store based on my last visit. Why would I buy from here and not online unless the staff have great product knowledge and offer great service? This is why the high street is failing.

  The manager is rude and just a generally a nasty person. Bullying people into doing what they want them to do and making it hard for people to claim on their warranty on goods that don't even last a year. I'd avoid this place and its easy to see why everyone is shopping online these days with terrible customer service like this.

  High capacity, fast, and reliable. The LaCie 16TB 1big Dock holds a lot of data and has worked flawlessly in the two months I've owned it. Even though it is not a solid state drive, I find the data transfer speeds fast.
