  The Sony HDR-CX405 is an exception value. I am extremely happy with the camcorder and the people at Willoughby's Cameras. I still had some question, so, before I made the purchase, I contacted Willoughby's Cameras. I spoke to a real person who knew what they were talking about.   Lack of diversity/no illustrations Overall I really do love Willoughby's camera inventory but there weren't a lot of options in the filters/polarizers and a lot of them weren't described in depth on what they were/weren't compatible with, just the size or type of filter.

  A rare photographer's candy shop with an Aladdin's cave of stock. Really brilliant place! Humongous outlet packed to the rafters with amazing digital and film cameras of all flavors. Highly recommend popping in even if its just for a peep and some sound advice!

  The shop owner is super knowledgeable about cameras and camera history and he was very patient and willing to answer any questions I had. I came in looking for a camera lens for my film camera and he made sure to let me try out multiple different lenses to really get a feeling for which one would suit me best. He also offered me grapes the first time I visited the shop which I thought was humorous/sharp-witted. So far the lens I purchased seems like just what I was looking for and I can't wait to see my pictures!

  Very good service. Had a few questions and all were answered promptly. Delivery took 9 days but saved at least 30% when compared to any dealers in New York. Overall a good experience and thanks to Jack for keeping me informed what was going on and judging from my experience this time would use Willoughby's again.

  I bought my Sony ZV-10 from here with Rachel Goodwin amazing help! She helped me find the best used camera for a very good price and was very clear on its condition and I felt reassured that I could bring the camera in if there were any teething issues.   I was skeptical when I saw how much the Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 lens was but it arrived really quickly and was exactly as described, Decided to snap some scenery pictures around my swimming pool to take for a test drive, and the clarity of this lens is phenomenal!! The color contrast and focus is superb compared to my old lenses. I am already excited to do more with it in the days and weeks to come, as well as doing action shots testing focus and zoom capabilities in the near future. Will always buy from Willoughby's Camera when I can.

  Love this shop. I always go here first for anything I need because the amount of care they put into everything. They obviously really understand all their products and have a passion for figuring out the latest interesting equipment.   Willoughby's has the largest choice of camera bodies, lenses and equipment, not forgetting bundle packages available, through to the tracking service and availability, Willoughby's Cameras' was an easy experience and certainly makes this company one to recommend.   Nightmare dealing with customer service. Took maybe 4-5 phone calls chasing them and only when i threatened to get a refund through my bank, they actually refunded the money. Cheap prices but a risk if anything goes wrong, it'll be a headache for you!

  Fantastic response / delivery service I ordered a camera very late in the day (midnight!) and received the item (well packaged) essentially the following day before noon. [ie Ordered Monday midnight - received Wednesday before mid-day] In my book that takes some beating! The price of the camera was also the most competitive. The online feedback (through 'My Account') was also spot on. All I now have to do is read the operating guide - which will not be as quick.

  The first camera Willoughby's Cameras sent had dust on the lens or sensor causing a blemish on each image. Normally you would just clean but the camera is sealed. So without issue I returned the camera (Willoughby's Cameras did all the admin) and within a couple of weeks I’d received a new one and I was up and running.

  Willoughby's Cameras technical help line was superb! I had to call Willoughby's Cameras technical advice number as I could not get my printer to work, after the installation of a new router. I could not have asked for better service from the engineer I spoke to (in NY, but with perfect service). He was patient, resourceful, knowledgeable and solved my problem - even though it took over an hour. First class service- I really appreciate the help I had.

  Made two purchases in a short time, a 10 year old Pentax k70 and an even older Sigma 10-20mm zoom. Both in excellent condition and reasonably priced. There's some excellent second-hand gear around these days. It's worth looking at Willoughby's stock.

  Belfast staff extremely helpful The 5 stars is for the Willoughby's store only. I called in yesterday after trying and failing to contact the web customer service. I spoke with Jimmy about the camera I was looking for. He was help knowledgeable, went through the pros and cons and put no pressure on me. However the camera was not in stock and even though I was offered a backorder I needed it for flying out today. While I wasn't able to get what I wanted the store and staff were a great experience and I will be back.

  Canon C300 III This is an exceptional video camera. While the photography of this mirrorless camera is too notch, it's the video that reigns supreme.   I am a first time buyer and found that Willoughby's Cameras' was a great place to start! they boast a wealth of experience and knowledge with the various cameras they sell. There is a homely feel about the place even though you are surrounded by most camera brands! After an initial purchase and a rather humorous email exchange I was able to get a full refund and purchase the camera that I actually preferred (FUJIFILM X-H2S camera) with no hassle from the team and despite my attempts at negotiation and hesitate they were all very patient!
