  Stress Free purchase I would highly recommend this firm for their friendly personal service. Despite living in Washington dc, my Panasonic LUMIX GH5 camera arrived in less than 48hours and I was delighted with the free accessories, I've been out and done some filming and the purchase has been absolutely worth it.

  Excellent Customer Service I can only comment on the buying experience as this second hand Canon X EOS-1D Mark III is a Xmas present. Really good contact and update and fast delivery and well wrapped. Willoughby's Cameras also provide a comprehensive list of accessories and after care service. Very pleased with purchase.

I was looking for a Backpack that was not available in my chosen size online and this was ordered in for me, as the price was higher an adjustment was made.   I'm genuinely impressed. I took my camera in for a sensor clean. It is an old Canon 60D that has seen better days. They were honest enough not to clean it, saying that the sensor was getting to the end of its' natural life (which it is), and it wasn't worth the clean. I'm impressed they didn't push me to use another of their services to replace it.

  Usual professional service from Willoughby's Cameras'. Ordered shortly before Christmas and delivered within 2 days. Canon EF 2x III Extender is as expected but will probably need to take some time to understand how to get the best from it.   Excellent Deal at the Black Friday Pricing I took advantage of the Willoughby's on a sunday sale before Black Friday pricing to get this Sony a6700 at a great price which is why I purchased it. Between the great price and the fact that what you see is what you get at Willoughby's was reason enough for me.   Canon 18-135mm IS STM kit lens superior quality Worth the expense Like the staff and service from Willoughby's Cameras, the exceptional quality and results from the 18-135mm cannot be matched. As a professional I learned that when one spends $2,200 dollars on a lens. Willoughby's Cameras is a first class supplier of photographic equipment and materials. In all my experience Canon's optical quality has always been outstanding. Good price even though as a resident of NY I have to pay 8% tax. Thanks!

  I ordered a used Nikon D500 from Willoughby's camera, and when I received it, it was missing the battery grip, Willoughby's camera was unable to help me get one. I called Nikon, and the customer rep told me that the part was not produced separately, but that he would send me one if they could get their hands on one. He took my information, and about two weeks later, I received the battery grip in the mail, free of charge! Overall, I love the camera, and am thoroughly satisfied with it.
