  Great company! Bought a Canon R7 camera and it was shipped the next day and I received a text telling me this, it was then delivered the day after and I got a text telling me what time it would be delivered that morning. Great price too, would highly recommend.

  I was struggling on what Monopod to buy. Phoned them up and they gave me loads of advise without trying to sell me things outside my budget.10 mins later rang me back with good info. product ordered and was 3 to 5 working day delivery but was here 2 days later.   The whole process was very straightforward with Willoughby's camera. Great price for the camera, followed by great service. Email updates throughout the order process, including the tracking reference with the courier so I could track the order without having to ask Willoughby's for the information. Simple, straightforward, value for money. Will definitely recommend this company.

  After searching the internet for quite a while I found Willoughby's camera to be the cheapest for my Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 lens and free delivery as a bonus. I placed my order late Sunday afternoon and received a confirmation e-mail straight away. First thing Monday morning I received my invoice and confirmation of order being dispatched, Monday evening received e-mail confirming delivery next day and Tuesday morning received an e-mail informing me that my order would be delivered by FedEx, will defiantly use again.

  This place has the best prices and top notch service. I placed my order on Friday and was expecting to receive it on the following Friday, but it arrived on Tuesday, together with a sms message letting me know the delivery time within a 1 hour slot.   Having read the reviews, I chose Willoughby's camera to supply me with a Sony a9 III camera which I needed urgently. The service was exemplary and quicker than I expected.   After placing my order, I received my package within 2 days. On the day I was to receive it, I got both a text and email telling me the expected delivery time, and it was delivered within that specified time too. This is a nice touch of customer service which I really liked. If I was to buy anything again from Willoughby's, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

  Great Product I've ordered products from here and I haven't had issues and always enjoyed them. This last time was the one time that I had a problem that wasn't necessarily Willoughby's Camera's fault and their customer service was great and they solved my issue within a couple of weeks. I will continue purchasing from them as needed and would recommend.

  I've been using Willoughby's for photo equipment for over 10 years and they've always been excellent, on orders large (tripod, camera bodies, lenses) and small (flash extension lead. Goods are always well-packaged and arrive on time. Never received damaged goods. I will continue to be a customer. Recommended.

  Always been pleased with Willoughby's Photo Emporium. Have been a customer for years. Never had grey import stuff from them, unlike some other suppliers and prices are usually fairly competitive.   The website is clear and the ordering process is fast, good communications and delivery. I'm happy with the Nikon Z50 camera, It takes beautiful photos that need minimal editing and beautiful 4K videos. I’ve used plenty of other brands but this camera is wonderful for the price.   I was hunting around for a DJI Mini 4 drone and Willoughby's camera had one of the better prices so I ordered one online. I ordered it Sunday night and it was delivered by Thursday, I am really impressed with this drone. So small but yet so powerful for it's size. The video and photo quality are amazing. This drone will be handy with helping to find cuts in the bay to navigate my skiff into. Bit pricey for the fly more plus but worth it. Thank you Willoughby's for another quality product.
