Nothing is inherently wrong with the design of the glasses but at the price they are advertising I was expecting something better. They are made of a very cheap, flexible material that feels like the sort of sunglasses that groups give away for free on university campuses . I got them for $55 after a rebate and they definitely weren't worth the money, I couldn't imagine someone paying the $135 listed on the website.

The description online was inaccurate.
Then when I tried to return it, no reply from any part of the seller up to the product's website.
I'm currently working with PayPal to resolve the issue.
Do not recommend.

I didn't order The Hook. I ordered The Level, but was sent The Lume. I then discussed with someone at William Painter, who took my return and attempted to send me the correct glasses. Another week later, I received a pair of glasses in the mail; however, they were The Hook instead of the pair I ordered...The Level! I am still waiting on someone to contact me, as well as finally figure out how to grab the correct pair of glasses to match the order form, pack them in a box, and mail them to me. Hopefully someone is intelligent enough to do this, but the people at William Painter have failed twice already.

All the talk about weight distribution, I was hoping they wouldn't creep down my nose. They still do though. Fairly heavy sunglasses. Haven't noticed a difference in optics from my $15 polarized lenses I bought at a mall kiosk. Probably send the hooks back. They don't feel like an upgrade from my other shades really.

Hello,
I bought 2 pairs from you. Sloan and Hook. I found them to be too tight and are giving me a headache with just a few minutes of use. I am really happy with these glasses.
