I could see just as well as you or the next fella. Then after wearing them for just a few hours I became completely and utterly blind. To this day my life is ruined due to these terrible sunglasses!

Placed an order for a pair of sunglasses 8/3 and expected 2-6 day shipping as advertised. Received "shipment confirmation" almost immediately but the glasses never showed up. I sent an email to the company and they cannot provide a tracking number because the glasses "shipped from a different location", but they assured me on 8/11 that they confirmed the glasses were shipped on 8/3. They then closed the service ticket. Sent another inquiry on 8/17 after glasses had not arrived. Received response on 8/20 with tracking information, which shows the glasses still have not shipped. Then I receive an email that the service ticket has been closed. I reply that the issue has not been resolved and the service ticket should not be closed. Since information is not forthcoming from customer service, I ask direct questions about the glasses being on back-order. I receive another response on 8/21 that the glasses were on “backorder status” but that they had come out of that status and were being shipped. Tracking info shows that the glasses have now been shipped as of 8/22. I am just disappointed in the miscommunication and feel like I was misled. Hopefully the glasses exceed my expectations to make up for the headache. My payment should not have been processed until the glasses shipped. I should have been notified immediately that the glasses were backordered. I should have received an email from the company after my glasses were not shipped on time. I should not have had to repeatedly reach back out to customer service for information. My service tickets should not have been automatically closed while my issue remained unresolved. The company needs to be more transparent about these kinds of issues. If any of these things above would have occurred i would not be leaving this feedback right now (taking up more of my time). I believe feedback is important, so i hope this information is able to be used to improve things in the future.

I have emailed two separate times, received an email response from a woman who then stopped responding to my emails, been told to create a help ticket on William Painter’s “Freshdesk”—whatever that is—site, and now it’s been two days with no response to that ticket. I’m looking for a very simple piece of information. Is Patrick from William Painter too busy sending 800 rad unsolicited emails and just exhausted from being irreverent and totally awesome and opening bottles with his sunglasses (seriously, dude, buy a bottle-opener) to answer an email or have staff answer an email?

Terrible customer service . My hook glasses broke and I can't get anyone to respond to me . Just someone saying they will get to me . Emailed them, called them ( no one ever picks up) , ig them . Really dissapointed in the customer service . Will probably never do business again despite the fact that the glasses were decent .

The glasses look sick and I love the look...this is what got me to buy the glasses. However, after wearing the glasses once outside I was immediate upset with my purchase. The glasses have a interest reflection and glare. I can see my cheek bone and eye lashes reflecting in the glasses and the sun light catches on the outer edges of the lens and reflects right back into your eyes! These glasses are horrible at their main job and that is improving vision in high intensity sun light conditions. If you are buying these glasses SOLEY for their look then go ahead but if you think even for a moment that you will be getting a good pair of sunglass lens' DO NOT buy these glasses!
