Having looked at the exceptionally good promo video for the Hook glasses, I was a little suspect, could it really be used as a bottle opener...well I didn't have to wait too long, I had to wait for a sunny day as the rainy days were numerous as I Am based on the South Coast of UK. A few sunny days arrived and yes what an impressive pair of glasses they are. My son saw them and naturally tried them on, he was super impressed. We both agreed when driving the glare is really reduced. We run a video production company producing promo videos, he will be ordering his pair shortly.

I ordered the hook, but they were a bot too heavy on my nose. So I changed them for the Sloan, and they are just perfect. Great shape, great fit, pretty light, and they seem very robust.

I loved the feel of these shades the moment I put them on. Sadly when I put them on for the first time it was when I was about to go white water rafting. My vanity came at a price as halfway down the river I was bucked and though I stayed in the raft my glasses didn't.
However, William Painter were fantastic and helped provide me a great deal to get a new pair and I have rocked them ever since. They have a great feel, weight, and look. Constant compliments. Don't regret the first purchase or the second.
