How many times do I have to say it? These are Great!

I've gone through dozens of sunglasses over the last 10 years. I have never found a pair that I can actually play golf in. They've all fallen off my face, fogged up, fallen apart, something. These things though. I'm in love. regardless of what I'm doing, these things have been worth every cent. The best thing I think I can say about them is that I forget they're on my face. They're light weight, perfectly filter light, and don't impede my vision. Could not be more content with a pair of shades.

The glasses are great, really beautiful and very comfortable, and they block the sunlight as they are supposed to. However, my experience with customer service makes it difficult to recommend this company. Somehow these guys managed to get my previous address, and how that happened is a mystery. I moved a year ago and immediately upon moving I changed my address on all my online accounts and credit cards. Even after I notified them of this error no fewer than THREE times in two separate email chains they still shipped the glasses to the wrong address. So that person has a beautiful, free pair of sunglasses because even though I asked WP why they did not send me a return shipping label that I could then pass on to that homeowner, that email was completely ignored, so as far as I'm concerned it is out of my hands. Another interesting note is do not expect to get these glasses instantly. This is not Amazon. I ordered mine in August and did not get them until mid October in spite of the fact Patrick likes to send out amusing emails quite frequently so you won't forget that you just spent a bunch of money for goods that you still haven't received while you wait and wait and wait. If you are a person who is used to instant gratification then I suggest you buy your glasses elsewhere. Ironically when I emailed them a nastygram after discovering they had STILL sent my glasses to the wrong address, they had a new pair out to me in about 1 week which I find absolutely baffling. And one more thing: even though there is a phone number for this company on their website, don't waste your energy calling it. It's a Google number and no one ever answers it, nor do they return your phone calls. This is a completely honest review and I have the emails to back it up. So when I click the "yes" that I recommend this product button below, I DO recommend the PRODUCT if you have the patience of a saint and have not moved your dwelling place in the past year or so. If you want these glasses before next summer I suggest you order now.

I purchased a very cool pair of "The Hook" shades over 2 years ago. I wore them everyday and beat them up pretty good. One day they broke in half after dropping them. I contacted the company and had a brand new pair within 2 weeks. Companies rarely back their products like this. I can't recommend them highly enough. Also, thank you Tim Ferriss for recommending them on your podcast.

Without the possibility of trying them, I was a little bit afraid if they will really look good on my face, but now I can say they do! In advance I don't wanted to send them back because of additional custom fees (Germany). The possibility of using them as a bottle opener works great and I could confuse some friends of mine 😆 Until now the quality is - as expected - very good and the tint is pleasant. They survived a desert quad trip as well as some 'fall downs' .... Ups.

I wasn't sure about the thickness of the frame but it sit nice on my face.
