Love the quality of the sunglasses, the frame is very light and, they fit perfectly. The look with the blue lenses is amazing. After 2 years I had an issue with the lenses and put William Painter warranty to the test! I returned my sunglasses and received a replacement new pair. Amazing service.

Gift for my grandson. He loved it, used the hook, dropped the glasses (virtually threw them across the road, to be honest)they were fine. He was very impressed, he also looks very cool in them!

LOVED my glasses and was so upset when they were damaged by a Car running over them on the highway. I went to the website and low and behold I read this: "This means if you break them, shatter them, blow them up, or run them over with a semi-truck we still guarantee them for life. Just send us your damaged pair (or the remaining pieces) and we will send you a brand new pair in return!" ----------
I simply printed a form from the website and brought them to the post office and less than two weeks later I had a BRAND NEW PAIR OF SUN GLASSES AND A SMILE BACK ON MY FACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In a world where customer service is universally frustrating THIS WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE.
